Bought a new Crosstrek here 6 months ago. Absolutely love the car. Buying experience was thorough, respectful, relaxed. I heard that Servco stands behind these cars and was not disappointed. Even the salesman told me tonc all anytime with any questions, and I even did a time or two. He scheduled my 6-month appointment which I just had. I was super impressed with all of the elements of the car that they inspected and checked. Tires were rotated, fresh oil and filter. It gave me a lot of confidence going forward. Service representative is calm relaxed. You sit at a desk. They explain everything. You're not standing at a window talking to a hurried service writer. Every element of dealing with this dealership is relaxed, Hawaii style, very effective. They have the answers you want. And there's a lot of mutual respect in the atmosphere. I'm sure there's someone who had a different experience and will complain about it. But so far I feel really happy that I bought my car at this dealership.

I bought a used car here from them in November of 2023. They presented a Clean title carfax report showing no accidents… I planned to sell the car this week and now the carfax is showing an accident that rendered the cars title to Salvaged from an accident that happened a couple months before I bought the car. Potential shady business

Absolute excellent service. I have had the Suburu for a long time so below is my relationship w this store for 5 years: I have come here numerous times with all types of urgent things and everyone was calm and knew the solution. One time I came unannounced and pulled directly into the auto shop with a list of concerns about local terrain and the car. Micah stopped what he was doing, told me what to do and solved everything in 10 minutes. Another time I had a hit and run and one of the reps here helped me for 2 weeks , continuously checking up on me, until the money was deposited to fix. Full of strategy and saw me as a person , remembered the full context of my situation every time. Another time, I had a low battery in the key fob and it was replaced no questions asked. The Suburu itself is excellent but this office is really a place where I know any issue I have, it's going to be met with care and my best interest- I don't have to brace up and prepare my speech for these guys. They meet me where I am and always calm and know the answer.

Very friendly staff specially that lady who helped me she was very nice . Wifi water coffee snacks bigass tv while waiting is a win . Get charger too get clean restroom too . All in all its all goods .

From the moment my dad and I walked in, the entire Subaru Kaimuki team was welcoming—and Arvi made the whole car-buying process smooth and stress-free.
Even though it was my first car and I had a ton of questions, Arvi was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel rushed. It was clear he genuinely cared about helping me find the right car, not just making a sale.

It was my first time purchasing a car so I was really nervous and clueless on what car would best suit me. However, Arvi Realista made the process go smoothly and stress-free. He walked me through each step of the way and was very accommodating and informative. He took his time answering all my questions and concerns. I had a few routine service issues with my Subaru.
The service department was super friendly, accommodating, and I didn’t feel like they were trying to sell me on more that wasn’t necessary.
Brandon was my service rep and he was fantastic!!!

These people are beyond incompetent. Subaru of America is in the process of investigating them for fraud and pulling their license to operate as a licensed dealer. They will not honor any type of warranty claim that a normal Subaru dealer would. The horrible cvt transmissions in the newer models all fail before 75K and cost $13,000 to replace. On the mainland this is free and a breeze with loaners available. Not here. They will block your calls, lie, and cover up for crooked service centers across the islands. They own all of them so they have a conflict of interest and monopoly (also illegal in Hawaii). If you are unlucky enough to own a Subaru in Hawaii DO NOT bring a vehicle to a “certified” dealer. It is a scam and they use Napa parts not OEM but charge you like they ordered from Subaru. Only take it to a small mom and pops place. I am so tired of being preyed upon by predatory businesses here that are allowed to monopolize the market and exercise complete control. If you have a Subaru being held hostage in one of their service centers you will never get it back. They sold my car when it was not picked up within 3 weeks. They never once sent an estimate or answered the phone. I thought they had not even got to it. They lied to me and said they sent emails. How? So they sold it on the lot “as is” to an unsuspecting customer without the title for 20K! I am I contact with the federal trade commission, the consumer protection agency, national highway traffic safety administration, Hawaii department of commerce and consumer affairs, and multiple legislatures to put this pig down once and for all. We will not allow this long arm of corporate greed continue to take advantage of us and all of its minions here will be dealt with swiftly and sincerely. If you work for this company, better look elsewhere because you have a lot of court in your future. You know what they say about karma…

My 2019 Crosstrek broke down due to a recall issue, and the first available service appointment was more than 3 weeks away. I understand that they're busy, but they were totally out of loaner cars! So now I'm stuck here for the time being totally without transportation. I'd understand if it was an issue that I could have prevented, but I was never informed of a recall and they were fully unable to do anything to help me out.

I had to bring my 2015 Forester because a light went on in the car. I bought it in and they were very efficient to fix the problem. I got my car back after work. No problem fixing my car. Brandon was very helpful.
