If I could rate this company with zero I would. DO NOT ENGAGE with this company. Run away. They talk a good story but implementation and service is the worst I have experienced in 30 years in business. The call the center is in the Philippines. When you need local help you need to go through layers of "so-called" offsite help. When you need a tech to be onsite especially when doing the cutover. They told us you can do it yourselves. That didn't work and now they are sending a tech over since our phone service still doesn't work when we asked several times for a tech to be onsite. It has taken us over a month from porting to still not having phone service. Their solution is that you have to buy more services which then takes LONGER to implement. I get companies are enamored with saving money with outsourcing, but at the end you end up losing clients with the crappy service. Wake up ServPac. We are trying to help local companies, but you need to step it up!

I have had this service for many years. First, I would like to say that they are twice the price of any competitors including spectrum and hitel. Last week my network went down due to a power outage. I contacted their service department which is a Call center in the Philippines. The technicians claimed to be engineers, but knew nothing of the problem or this type of network at all. The key insisting it was a part that I don't even have. They refused to send anyone to fix it either. I had to hire a computer repair tech to come and find out one of their switches failed. Now they won't even send me a new one. If you use this company be prepared for virtually no service at all if you are down. Also, be prepared for variable, un advertised prices that vary on the corrupt building management they are dealing with. terrible

My organization has been with Servpac for a number of years and we are extremely happy with the service. We were previously with another VoIP provider and prior to that with the local landline provider. What a difference it was switching to Servpac because the service itself to the customer support personnel is phenomenal. The customer support is very supportive, responsive, and helpful. With a main office and two external program sites it was critical to have a service that is seamless and reliable, and ServPac just that — seamless and reliable with great customer service! Thank you, ServPac.

The support staff is phenomenal, always courteous, and knowledgeable. The management website is easy to navigate. Making changes, like adding lines, is super easy. I would shout out the support staff by name, but that would take too long.

Great customer service! Lorraine and Kat were amazing and went above and beyond. They stayed on the line with me and over a Zoom until we figured out an issue involving another carrier. I highly recommend Servpac.

I've been a Servpac customer for 10+ years and have never had a complaint. The service is reliable and the tech support folks are friendly and supportive. Why not five stars? Because there's no on site service. I'm a small office so I understand that. I'm also a happy customer of their VoIP service, Luhina.

I have used Servpac's phone service and the Luhina Internet service for over 2.5 years and found both to be reliable and reasonable in cost. I have not had issues with my domestic or long distance phone service or uninterrupted Internet access. When I need occasional assistance, I have found Charity, the Solutions Engineer, and Charisse, in Billing, to be friendly and quite willing to help.

I was having connectivity issues and a Servpac service tech walked me through on the phone step by step to get my service back up and running. Afterward, he logged onto my computer remotely and double checked some of my settings. He even helped me update another program, totally separate from their service, to stop an error message that I was receiving when I used it. Awesome!

We had a very smooth installation project with Servpac recently - mainly because a newly hired project manager coordinated the project. She had very good follow up and communication with us - from start to finish.

We've had great service from Servpac from sales, installation, training and support. All the staff are responsive, professional and proficient.
