Todd was extremely professional but Nelida Johnson on the other hand was very very aggressive when I told her I was turning down certain coverages.
Todd knew in advance what coverages I was getting but Nelida for some reason seemed very angry at the fact that 1) I declined certain red coverages and 2) that I asked about the policy of consumers having the explicitly type or reply to an email acknowledging that I’m declining certain coverages even though they are chosen through the web application.
I appreciate Todd’s ability to stay calm and collected and he truly gets a 5 star review. However Nelida increased the frustration while being there.

I’ve been with Shelli for a super long time, since my oldest was in elementary and now in her final year of high school. From my life policy, car’s to home insurance she’s got you covered! From the first day I walked in she always made me feel at home, didn’t feel rushed and always made sure I got the best policy possible. She’s great at what she does! When I say I trust her I truly do. She’s got that golden touch. If you ever need an agent she’s the one to go to.

Went in to discuss our policies for our kids and she made it so easy for us. She showed me all the different policies and what was best for us. Let me tell you Nelida she always is on top of thing’s whenever an issue with our plan arises she’s calls me right away and get’s it taken care of. It’s the point I know when the office calls us and im logging into my app or checking my email. I appreciate you both and thankyou for everything you have done for us and that’s the honest truth.

I spoke with Nelida about purchasing homeowners insurance. She took my information and called me back a short time later offering me several different policies. She explained things in detail and answered all of my questions and concerns. Thank you to State Farm and Nelida for helping me get insurance which I had a hard time obtaining from other insurance companies. Im glad to be insured with State Farm and working with professional and personable people like Nelida.

Nelly and Todd were on top of everything. They answered all my questions very thoroughly and knowledgeably, worked tirelessly to fulfill my requests whether it be over email, phone, or in person, and streamlined the process to make it very easy to open my own policy and add people should I choose to.
I have not struggled once while working this this office, and recommend that you do business with these people if you wish to have the job done right the first time and not have your time wasted (unlike some other insurance companies).

Shelli and her staff proved to be very informative and willing to provide the answers to all my questions as well as providing consultation for the best insurance fit for my situation. With the cost of home values as well as the replacement cost, i.e. material, labor, etc., they also insured that I had the appropriate coverage to maximize my recovery. My insurance for my property was suddenly discontinued from another insurance company. I was shocked as I was insured by this company for 30 years. This was a blessing in disguise as it forced me to shop around for coverage. Long story short, State Farm (Shelli Togochi-Hadley Agent) was my best choice. I was so happy with their services, I included my auto insurance as well. Ultimately, I saved $$ at the end of the day. Their professionalism and non-aggressive staff are second to none. I highly recommend working with Office Representative, Reid Nakahara.

My mom passed away and had several policies here: Renters, Auto, Umbrella. I worked with Neli to cancel all of the policies and set up a new Auto policy under my name for the car I inherited from my mom. Neli was compassionate, kind, and highly responsive, informative and efficient through the entire process. I have since sold the car and no longer have a policy here as I live in Utah, but I am sincerely grateful for the level of service I received and cannot recommend this agency enough.

Worked with Todd, He was so patient and accommodating. He had our house insurance for our rental within a few hours after we reviewed and confirmed their quotes.
