Poor customer service!!! Went in to pick up paint, they only had 2 of the 4 paints that we wanted. They said they would call when the paint was ready to pick up. No call for 2 weeks, my wife goes in today to check on our order and they told us we were given all 4 gallons!! They said we would have to come back to speak to the manager tomorrow. The representative my wife spoke to was Irwin. Will update if the manager working tomorrow remedies the situation.

thought it better to drop in at this store as i needed to ask questions and learned it best to call. both persons were on the phone avoiding eye contact with me. it was freezing cold. I waited and waited but left deciding to call instead. then i went city mill

POOR SERVICE. I had bought paint for my classroom and even mentioned that this was for the school I work for (it even says it on the receipt.) The school decided to go with another option. When I went to return the paint, with my receipt, I was told that one month had passed and I couldn't return the unopened product. I then asked if I could at least receive store credit and was denied as well. I was blatantly told to try to sell it online. Really?? Thank you for being such a wonderful business motivating us teachers to improve our classrooms. I will tell all my colleagues to think twice before setting foot in your store! Shame on you!

If you ever had paint issue . See these staff.... Their Knowledge is very professional . It is better than box store paint.

manager surly and when I pointed out the color wasn't the same as the sample, he said he would redo it .. however I also needed a white color and this was cream.. he said my sample was cream so he would have given me for free a lighter cream but would not give me the white I needed.. cost me two cans of paint no smile not pleasant and my painter told me it did not look stirred, and looked watery

I want to give special recognition to manager Alvin. He was very professional, friendly and efficient. I am working on a big home project and was worried that I could not find the paint I had previously used. However, Alvin immediately helped me locate my account and find the paint I needed to finish the project.Excellent customer service. Thank you Alvin!

Erwin tried to lie to me and get me to buy more then I need. When I call him out, he got defensive and refused to process my order. He pushed me out of the line and start helping next customer ignoring me. I have to leave empty handed. I would like the store owner to reach out to me to discuss this further

Zero customer service. Maybe I should've called they are more helpful to phone callers and for painters. I shared with the person that I don't know what I'm doing and he had zero interest I helping me.
