It’s essentially Foot Locker’s shinier, but less substantial cousin. Lots of gleaming surfaces in the store but that’s not what you’re here for. The selection of shoes could be better and the prices are high. Not that many sales and the shoes that are on sale are still expensive. Organization is horrendous. There were adult shoes in the Juniors section and the brands were all mixed together. No clear division between men’s styles and women’s styles.

Good place to get shoes but the cashier was being sarcastic in front of my face and said a rude comment while talking to his co worker.

I walked in at 10:05AM 2 girls working. 1 standing staring at a wall and one talking to her friend by the entrance. No one greeted me. I walked around. Found 2 shoes that I liked (women’s 12 for me which is a men’s 10.5) and walked over to the lady staring at the wall, and asked if they had them in a 12. She never looked at me and
said “those are women’s”.
I replied “I know I’m a 12 in women’s”
She cut me off and said “well we don’t have them. I know we don’t.”
I asked “in any women’s shoes?”
She said “ya. Unless it’s a super popular shoe.”
Not sure who’s managing these employees but they are Absolutly horrible. I won’t be coming here again. I’ll shop online and hope they close stores like this.

One of the employees in the front short grey hair didn't bother to help at all I came to buy water repellent and he just pointed where they are and went back to talk story. On the other hand the person at the register was helpful enough to tell me they actually didn't have any and took the time to explain what they had in stock.

They out here selling dirty ass display shoes. Nobody even cared to tell me or ask if I was okay with that. Make sure to check your shoes before going home!

I visit from an outer island and I would have purchased a couple pairs of shoes from here but the employees seemed as if I were bothering them so I bought only one pair and left to go to footlocker where apparently my money was better accepted.

Have been to shoe palace LA that was so good!! This one in Hawaii didn't have as much stock and sizes!! But still a good shop and staff were helpful!!!

Went into purchase running shoes for my son. Waited for any salesperson to help us for 10 minutes. Finally had to go to the check out counter to ask for help. My son got to try on the style and brand that we asked for but ended up being to small. So I showed the salesperson that there was the right size in the youth section on display and it was on sale, regular price $109.00. He brought us out a 1/2 size bigger,thought it fit ok... went to check out counter and we were runged up it still showed the $109 price plus tax so when I asked the cashier. He responded" You don't like that price? You can pay for the regular price". Asian guy with the back combover was the most unprofessional as they come. Going to return shoes and never shop there again!
