Me and my friends went there and were trying to buy shoes, one of my male friends saw a shoe that was in the women’s section and when he asked a worker if he could try it on, he was told that only women can try it on and the worker seemed a lil irritated. We were able to purchase the shoe that he wanted but was given an attitude while checking out. Learn how to treat your customer with basic respect and kindness regardless of their gender and fashion choices. It wasn’t even a girlie shoe, it was js a basic black samba. If I could rate this store a 0 stars I would.

The staff here are TOP NOTCH!! Super friendly and engaging, and help out tons and tons. Amazing service. Came in today (even after spending money at the Shoe Palace in the Ala Moana Mall), and was greeted by Kaid and Daniel. These guys were gems and awesome to talk to. Incredibly friendly, and didn't push sales at all. Ended up buying 2 pairs of shorts, and assisted me with anything I needed. By far the best experience I've had at an athletic apparel shop by far!! Also stellar prices/sales and some really cool Shoe Palace collaboration merch! Really cool Halloween collabs and such! The Keith Haring collab is way too clean! Big shout out to Kaid and Daniel for being some awesome, chill and fun dudes!!

Freaking ridiculous that they're blasting music so loud that you have to yell at the person next to you. Completely unpleasant experience. Left shortly after arriving.

Hell yeah! This place is my go to, whenever I'm In Hawaii. The staff's are super nice and very very helpful! You need to check it out, if you're at the international Market Place in Waikiki.
