Had a small deception with my rental but the branch manager Dane Bautista rapidly contacted me and made it right. Not perfect but very good. Second time renting there and would 100% recommand and comeback.

We rented a car from SIXT for the first time. We really liked the staff's approach to customers. All the staff: at the reception, at the car pick-up and return were very friendly and welcoming. The car was very clean, well-maintained and exactly the model we ordered. We are very pleased with SIXT. I definitely recommend this company!

This was my first time renting from SIXT. This will be my first of many going forward. The check in process could not have been any smoother. On my way to pick up my rental car in the morning, I received an email prompting me to check in. The check in process took less than two minutes total. I scanned in my ID (as I have never rented from them before), took a picture of myself, chose my preferences for insurance coverage and car options. When I arrived, I was able to go directly to the key pickup kiosk where I was directed to my car by a very friendly staff member who was a pleasure to speak with. I had reserved a BMW 3 series, which they were currently out of, so I was upgraded to a 5 series at no charge. I have already started recommending SIXT to my friends and I have personally booked with them again later this week. Needless to say, I highly recommend them.

Catherine and Jennifer at the HNL Sixt counter were two of the most gracious and helpful agents I have ever met. The two of them started our celebratory weekend on Oahu with such an amazing feeling of really being taken care of. They went above and beyond to make our rental experience something really special. We are so very grateful to them for sharing their kindness and enthusiasm with us!

I'll take a Sixt rental any day over the other car rental places. These guys are the best! I have rented Sixt cars in multiple cities, but my favorite customer service team is the one in the Honolulu airport. This customer service team truly represents the spirit of Ohana! And the cars have always been clean and well-cared for.

Was injured by a faulty chair mechanism and the manager couldn't even offer so much as ice for their negligence. Worst customer service I've ever experienced.
