I’ve ordered online, because of the points I accumulated. In a couple of days I should receive them, kind of excited. Next time I’m going to make an in-store purchase. The shoes I’m getting has a high out-sole with raised arc. A bad back needs a good shoes.

The most comfortable shoes I've ever worn!!! Stylish too! Reese was so incredibly helpful and patient with me. These certainly won't be the last pair of Sketchers I buy.

I walked into the store yesterday afternoon.
The young woman helped me find a correct shoe, and when I inquired about the 20% off, she mentioned it had to be an online order.
I went home and ordered online.
18 hours later, I hear nothing from the store that has the shoes, and I walk in to find 2 young men doing nothing but staring at their phone.
When I tell them Im there to pick up an online order, one mentions "huh, we haven't been notified of any online orders".
After looking up my name, "brandon" goes back and gets my order.
He then proceeds to lecture me stating "you should only come when you get an email stating your order is ready, or call to see if it is in stock". This is despite the fact I told him i was there last night and had the shoes in my hands.. Not only did i feel like I had done something wrong, he was condescending, unaware, and shouldn't be representing the store. He literally looked like a deer in headlights.
What he should have done was apologize for not doing his job.
I can only assume he should be checking online orders in the morning and preparing them.
When i was upset with his behavior, he continued to state I should have waited until I received the notifcation.
I was leary about going to Skechers in the first place, but honestly this one particular store, with this one particular 'store manager', as he stated he was, is a completely disgusting situation over a simple online order that should haven been ready 18 hours later.
My only word to describe him/store: incompetence, and oblivious.
If you are seeking knowledgeable, caring workers, who will help with your orders, do NOT come to this Sketchers, or at least deal with Brandon.
With so many other brands out there, who needs this headache.

Went to skechers 2 day and had to many questions to ask just about shoes. Brent, who seemed like the one running the show was very professional. Answered all my questions immediately and hooked me up with a very comfortable pair of shoes. If you're looking for a no hassle, comfortable experience purchasing your next pair puppies, give Brent a jingle. Mahalo, Russell

Great shoes and store! I've bought 4 pairs of nonslips over the years for work. I recently had to return a pair, and manager Reese helped me out and was very friendly. And of course, they still have the gumball machine :)

It was my first time to go to the Skechers store in Ala Moana Center. It was a roomy space. The merchandise was displayed well and the displays were eye catching. I was delighted that the sizes included "wide". It is hard to find wide shoes in women's 7 or 7.5 as these sizes are popular in Hawaii.

Thank you to Richard for helping my fiancé and I find the extra wide shoes! You were very patient and offered great suggestions when the store didn’t have the size we needed in stock. Richard is a great asset to the Skechers team.

I had a weird incident yesterday. I asked for toddler shoes sizes 5 and 7. I was given big kids shoes instead. I than replied that I want toddler sizes. I said this over and over again. Little kid toddler sizes not the big kid sizes. I don't think the staff understands the difference. I got so frustrated I just left. A size 7 in men's, women's, big kid and little kid are not the same. If you work in a shoe store than you need to know that.
