I received a broken candle from them a few months ago. I've reached out to them numerous times. I keep getting told that I will get a call from a manager never get a call I would never order from this company online. Very poor customer service. Edit: After dealing with Catherine G. Everything was made right. She was wonderful to work with. I just wish it didn't have to get to that point. I will shop with them again. Thank you Catherine for everything you did.

Love some of their HomeGoods section especially these sandwich bags which is perfect for me because I am a baker. For resort, I thought their prices were also really reasonable and they had really fun postcards.

The girl at the desk was extremely rude and non friendly. The card was approved and it said to take my card out, and then she argued me that it didn’t go through. I just didn’t want to be charged twice. We figured it out, but there’s no reason to have such horrible customer service,

If you are looking for something to bring back to the mainland this is a fun place to go. It has some fun little nic-nacs and sense it's fall they have things for Halloween.

I liked this store. There were quite a few unique items here and just some really cute things. There’s a lot of boutique prices and some stuff that was very reasonable. I’d stop by again.

Such a cute store with beach items with a local flair! Come find beach bags, backpacks, toys and home items with beautiful Hawaiian flowers. And fun toys for kids if local food! Bought several gifts!

I Purchased a white tote bag from SoHa Living’s online store, it arrived with multiple red and orange marks on the canvas. I contacted someone from the store to see about getting the issue resolved, they offered me the most terrible customer service and did not get a replacement sent out. Beware of SoHa’s online sales, they send you defective merchandise and will not replace it.

I purchased a pair of heart shaped hoop earrings here two days ago. I was not told they were final sale. When I took them back home to try them on, I realized they were made incorrectly and they were not thin enough on the back to fit into regular ear piercings. It was as if they were made for small gauges. When I went today and explained this to the same woman that rung me up two days ago, she told me there were no refunds for jewelry. She would not do an exchange either. These earrings were $25. When I explained there was a defect in the earrings, she told me she didn’t know because she hadn’t tried them on yet. I told her she could keep them so she could try the earring I hadn’t even touched to prove they are not made correctly and won’t fit any regular ear piercings. She told me I should just regift them. Why would I gift anyone I like defective earrings? Super disappointing she couldn’t own putting out defective product. Beware of their products and their policies.

SoHa Living is one of my favorite shops on the Hawaiian Islands! I want everything in the store! The merchandise is thoughtfully curated and displayed beautifully. The home decor, gifts and clothing are the colors of the island - white, sand, all shades of blues, coral - and it immediately brings a sense of calm, just like the beach. Even if you don't have a beach color palette at your home, these neutral pieces will fit in any decor. They used to be located on the Waikiki Beach Walk but are now in the Hilton Hawaiian Village. Unlike other shops located within a hotel, the items here are not tacky, they are unique and beautiful, items you would love to receive as a gift or display in your own home. Prices are affordable; of course some are in the high side, but I never have a problem finding things in my range. For the home they have a gorgeous assortment of large pieces of corral with the most amazing patterns and colors. Large shells also. There are pillows, throws, candles, wall plaques, vases and pineapple everything! Pineapple jars, pineapple motif on hand towels, cocktail napkins, jewelry, just to name a few. I've bought several colorful tunics, some in coral, others in shades of turquoise and green, which are fun to wear in the warmer months and always remind me of my times in Hawaii. I've also purchased several pieces of fashion jewelry like sets of wire bangle bracelets, wrap bracelets and long dangly earrings. Many pieces of jewelry are made with shells, coral and charms like sand dollars and starfish. They sell lots of lotions, soaps, bath salts, candles, and all things to help you relax and smell good! Get the Plumeria body spray!Customer service has always been helpful. Usually someone greets me, other times they may be busy with other customers. I like to walk in and browse at my leisure so I'm fine if no one greets me. I'm never here for something specific; I'm here to check out the merchandise and purchase whatever "find" comes my way!Every time I'm on Oahu I visit this store, no exception. Sometimes I hit up all of them, that's how much I love SoHa Living!

(Translated by Google) A nice general store. Because it is in the Hilton Village, I go to see if there is time. A pineapple pouch, a hibiscus pattern lunch mat, a dolphin picture book, a hula girl pattern cushion, and more.
