Like a few of the comments said, the employees working here are useless. They're usually on their phones or playing games on their computers! Must be nice to get paid to loaf off all day...then you ask them a question that's kind of important and pertains to their company, and all of a sudden it's like "you'll have to go to our mothership at Ala Moana". So, besides trying to sign me up and maybe snagging a commission or two, they no nothing, and don't know how to help you. Spoke to a female worker about my account, she made an appointment for me at their mothership and just to confirm the appointment, called the Spectrum office. Guess what? The employee did all my account information over the phone! I then went back to Kahala to vent a little about the workers' incompetence and was met with a boring "don't what I can do for you"! What a joke!!

Scheduled my service to stop on the first day of the billing cycle. They charged me for that entire month. It is in their terms, but it's pretty irritating to pay an entire month for zero days of service. Just want to warn others from making the same mistake.

This location seems to only work when they want to or when they can sign you up. They prefer to stare at their phones even if you're standing there looking at them waiting for non-existent service.

I just wanted to return our cable modemAfter cancelling our internet service. The guy at the kiosk can't do that. That's really nutty - he was just standing there. I went to Spectrum Ala Moana where returning the cable modem took 45 minutes. This company doesn't care about customer service. I'm glad I moved to Hawaiian Telcom.

We had a cable television problem with Spectrum. Called for support. They dropped the ball and did not follow up. Eventually with my follow up it was fixed. I called to ask for a credit. After all we had gone through they offered me a 99 cent credit. I was so mad and still am. Its a shame because their technicians that come to the house and some others are great but I got the C Team today. Didn't have a clue its easier/cheaper/better to keep a customer than get new ones. FAIL! I don't recommend them for TV or internet or phone service. They are a conglomerate with one thing in mind and its not good customer service. Too bad for long time loyal customers like me. I'm just a bill payer to them. But not for long! #spectrumsucks #spectrum sucks #Chartersucks # Charter sucks

Worst. This is what I found from them.If you want to continue getting introductonery price, call in a month before the price hike to cancel, so that they can extend you the same price. I didn't know the trick and I was paying $75 a month. This is what I was told when I call in for cancellation. If this is not true, the company should re-train their customer service. Retention rate is important for them.

I came over in the afternoon and Asia help me out with my two iPhones and she made them work really fast no hassles and I highly recommend these people to anybody 100% I’m gonna come back here again awesome people

I normally do not do reviews...BUT the person who helped me provided amazing customer service that I could not help but write something! I had to get service set up at multiple locations and she was able to square everything away in a timely fashion. She was very personable and the experience did not feel transactional at all! If you need help setting up services with Spectrum I would DEFINITELY recommend seeing Kylie!

Stopped by the Kahala mall Spectrum kiosk to desperately ask for help to set up my SIM cards I ordered days ago. I was so distressed because I did everything over the phone when what I should’ve done was set it up in person. I was told by Asia that my mobile was canceled so I couldn’t set up my SIM card anymore. She then told me that we could figure it out together. She was able to put in a new mobile order and activate my phone on the same day! If you are going to set up your mobile phone with Spectrum, I recommend going to see Asia to start your mobile service! She was extremely helpful, sweet, and efficient! I was amazed at her knowledge and excellent experience while working through the obstacles! I’m deeply grateful and excited to proceed with Spectrum mobile!
