Boo Hiss! Completely the opposite of my Review of their store in Ala Moana, which is sad since it's in my neighborhood. It was worth the extra time to go over to the mall to be treated right. August 23 update.....went from 1 star to 3....getting better.

Shame on you T-mobile. Besides the repeatetdly monthly calls (that take over an hour each) to rectify discrepencies between what a customer is told and what is actually provided, is bad enough. When I say monthly, I mean monthly. On top of that, you're screwing over service members that served this country?! You heard me right. T-mobile promises military discounts but actually halves the promised service. SO instead of getting the same service as non-military, T-mobile falsely tells members that they are getting a discount, but provides a much reduced service. Case in point. I switched over to the new Go5G plan with promises of 100GB hotspot for my computer business. I then asked if they provided a military discount, wich I was assured they did. Getting $15 off my monthly payment seemed great until I noticed days later that They cut the Hotspot down 50% to 50GB without letting me know. When I called it out to the rep, who called back because of the "Free" Samsung S23 which is the original reason for the call, she got confused, then put me on hold to collect her wits. After this she proceeded to blame the reduction on me "since I'm military". I let her know that a discount is a reduction in cost for the same service, not taking half of the promised service and providing a false sense of savings. Shame on you T-mobile. Taking advantage of those who served and gave for this country. You used to be a great company with great service, but I guess the merger diluted that and now you take advantage of your customers with less than acceptable servies. Oh the free phone thing is a scam as well. They said because of my credit which is above average in the least, they would charge $80 plus taxes on the total. Oh they also wanted the phone I owe less than $50 back too! What?! I paid for it, it's mine. Everything about this company has turned into a scam. I'll be sarting an online petition to make T-mobile accountable for their bait and switch tactics, as well as taking advantage of military personnel. Please sign and ljoin to expose this heartless corporate monster that pretends they care about their customers.

Came in to do a simple sim card change and was afraid it was too busy. I was immediately helped by one of their employees and had my business taken care of in less than 30 min! During the waiting period of my Sim card update, they were kind enough to honor my warranty for free screen protector replacement. The 360 protection plan is very worth it. Came out the store with a new Sim and a fresh screen protector.

Smartphone...a device we use for everything but calls lol!I make sure it's fully charged as it does eat first and what keeps it going is T-Mobile. My bestie who's very picky with customer service made the choice and advise me as well yeeeeeeears ago when there was contracts back then and I still agree how great they are to this day. Always friendly and helpful even when I have a ridiculous question they do take care the best they can. This location is in SALT at Kaka'ako and the lot right along Ala Moana Blvd does seem intimidating but it's so easy as the first hour is free no validation is needed which is something I shouldn't say as this location is always pretty mellow.Another reason...how about T-Mobile Tuesday!?! You do need the app but every week there's a deal and sometimes merchandise you do need to pick up on Tuesday only. I've gotten cup, mug, drawstring bag, umbrella and even a selfie light which I used viewing Christmas lights at Honolulu Hale.Be a smart cookie as browsing around is exausting...thank you T-Mobile!

Free schwag from T-Mobile...If you're a customer of T-Mobile, make sure you check your T-Mobile Tuesdays app for all of the freebies and discounts that they post every Tuesday. This week (1-24-23), customers could pick up an umbrella from any T-Mobile store. I used my Yelp app and located the nearest store - which was at the SALT complex on the corner of Ala Moana Boulevard and Keawe Street. Ahh... I've passed by that location many times. It's along the strip of businesses: Moku Kitchen, Starbucks, and Highway Inn! They have a parking lot right in front. Enter the parking lot from Coral Street Take a ticket from the machine and the "arm" will lift. Even though it's a paid parking lot you will not have to pay because the transaction will be quick. The first hour of parking is free! When I entered the spacious shop, Chris greeted me right away! He's so personable and helpful! I told him he's really good at his job! I commented that this store is the largest that I've ever seen. He explained that it used to be one of two Sprint stores on O'ahu and - at that time - Sprint needed the space because there were a lot of customers split between two locations. Now that Sprint and T-Mobile have merged, the Sprint customers can go anywhere that T-Mobile is now! Yay!Anyway, Chris guided me through the redemption process - click here and there on the T-Mobile Tuesday app... And voila! I got the free T-Mobile umbrella! It's perfect! Thanks to Chris and T-Mobile for a wonderful experience! I wouldn't hesitate to return - if I ever had a question!

I was having the worst day ever and TMobile redeemed the day! I'd like to give a big shout out to Juice, who single-handedly saved my day and our trip out of town for Christmas. Today I lost my phone to the Pacific when my dog decided we were going for a swim. Juice got a new phone up and running, helped me download everything from the cloud, and was personable, kind, and patient. That guy deserves a raise!

So when the iPhone 14 came out I went to this store to trade my phone in. I let the associate know I had 2FA my instagram and my Google authenticator to my phone and asked if I needed to do anything prior to moving everything over. He said no it should be saved to my Apple ID. So I trusted him. I go to login after leaving to my home and I'm locked out of my accounts. One of them being my business account. I went to apple to ask for help as well as messaging meta to no avail. A week later I decided to go back to T-Mobile and ask them to remedy the situation. The sales associate who was acting manager said she understood and it was careless of the sales associate, and would have someone to call me. It's been 4 months no one called. I'm super disappointed, and very upset this has set my business back big time. They have 0 care for their customers, and honestly I want to get rid of t-mobile because of their carelessness.

I'm sure I'm not the only one that gets frustrated when dealing with phone carriers and their in store workers... which was definitely the case when I visited this Tmobile. That was until I was lucky enough to be helped by Neal! Neal was very patient, understanding, and kind. Not only was his demeanor WAAAY nicer than the previous worker I was getting assistance from, but he took the time to actually fix the issues that I was having with both my phone and my new watch. Instead of sending me away saying it's a "device issue" (when it wasn't) and giving me back my old watch in worse condition than when I brought it in... Neal got on the phone, talked to 2 different people for about an hour and fixed everything! I can't tell you the relief I felt when he got my phone and watch to work!!! Neal, mahalo nui for your help today! You're a life saver! FYI, I'm only giving this review 5 stars based on my experience with Neal. Otherwise, it'd probably be a 2.

Aloha,I visited this store to see if a pop-up issue from an unwanted site could be resolved. I was greeted by Lee. I waited maybe five minutes while he finished with his customer. That's a good start.Next, he assisted me with the issue, going through settings and an additional "how-to" support app.He was very helpful throughout the process.Ohhh, and the issue was resolved...YEAHH!I wanted to take a few minutes to give a Good report on the Customer Service. It's always nice to give feedback especially when it's deserving.Mahalo to you and the positive experience today! Michele
