Stipped at this Starbucks to get my kiddo a brownie. Service was OK, not fast but I have had slower elsewhere. Brownie was standard brownie, not great but got the job done. Prices are higher than usual, but I presume that is due to it being in a hospital. Not sure I'd go here again but would rather bring my own stuff in the future.

I waited for a while in line until it was my turn and I was greeted by an unsmiling woman named "Keke" was so unbelievably rude to me that I left almost in tears. She cut me off when I was speaking, didn't write down my drink correctly so it ended up having to be remade, was impatient with me when I was ordering because I guess I was too slow with a line behind me and even though I asked for a receipt, I didn't get one. I don't think she understands that people who are buying coffee in a hospital are generally going through a lot. They are either there working king hours or are maybe a patient with a severe illness or dying family member. She needs to make a point to smile and treat each customer with respect. If she can't do that, she shouldn't be working in customer service. Hopefully she was just having an off day. She definitely made my already horrible morning even worse and brought me right down with her to the point of tears as I walked away. Starbucks was supposed to be my respite for the morning before going back into a somber hospital room.

Usually "okay" but not great. On a recent visit there was an employee (with a skateboard brand sweatshirt on and green apron flopped forward in a manner obviously not consistent with the actual dress code) taking her sweet time, despite the very long line (primarily doctors and nurses trying to take a quick break or coming on shift... or worried family members of patients, etc). She was mumbling the names of those whose orders were ready so pretty much every person had to go ask at least once if the drink she put up was theirs. Anyway, despite mumbling people's names she could very loudly be heard commenting, "Is it just me or are the customers rude at this location?!" Wow! She is largely talking about medical staff working hard during the pandemic and people who would otherwise rather be anywhere but a hospital. Hoping this person was either fired, quit, or moved to another store

No order ahead and you can’t use the “scan” option. Other than that decent Starbucks.

The Starbucks inside the Tripler AH is great. They have a good selection of snacks outside of the normal selection of coffees and assorted hot/cold beverages. Their London Fog hot tea is delicious!

This Starbucks is located on the 1st floor of Tripler Army Medical Center. There is pretty much no mobile service in the area and the free wifi that is available is sporadic at best. I continuously have problems getting enough signal to make an order on my app, and could not make the app purchase today due to a lack of connectivity. In addition, this location only allows the use of the app to pay, but does not honor using points towards free or discounted drinks as they offer discounts through the military star card (10% discount)

I don't like Starbucks and I avoid these busy stores as much as possible, plus I don't like coffee! So this will be one of the most honest reviews.
