12/23/23 11:45am. As I walked in I noticed a homeless female in line, I was going to buy her a drink & meal but the female barista gave it to her immediately for free. It's was as if she knew her. She ignored me, made me wait to order. Another person took my order and then I waited for my drink. The same barista acknowledged another person that came in, he ordered after me and she decided to make his drink before mine. As a paying customer for years with Starbucks and to be treated & ignored as if I was trash just because I don't frequent this particular Starbucks lacks professionalism. I won't be returning to this Starbucks. I'm sure they'll do fine, but do see the other reviews of this Starbucks, you'll see there's more issues than what I encountered??. I gave a extra star for the other two employees.

The baristas here at this location are unable to make an americano and very rude. Will not be coming back to this location!! I ask Lea to remake and she made it worse that the first one. They should be courteous to all customers not just the regular

I go here not too often but occasionally when I have shopping to be done nearby. I've never had this experience before but their Peach Green Iced Tea had a soap aftertaste to it. I asked for it to be remade and I thought it was okay but taking another sip once I left, it still had a soap taste to it. So I thought maybe my mom's is the same? Hers was completely fine. Staff were nice but did put a damper on my day

My go to location now that I am in town almost everyday. Friendliest workers ever. My order always come out exactly the way I like it. Coffee will always be the right way to start my day.

This location is convenient as it's right around the corner from Walmart. I'm here a few times a month. The workers are usually on it. I must have thrown the cashier off today because I bought in two reusable cups. He forgot and had to refund me and re ring the order.Starbucks coffee is ok, but not my favorite. However, I love collecting the stars so that I can exchange it for free cups. I love their cups more than their drinks, lol. The drink that I get most is the iced green tea followed by the chai latte. Once in a while I'll get a frappe. Today I ordered two frozen lemonades and a white chocolate frappe. They offered double stars today.

Omg the people here are so cheerful and sweet. Was waiting for someone to pick me up in this location and watched how kind they are to everyone, including people who just came in for water.

I am a DAILY Starbucks customer for years and got my coffees from multiple locations included kapahulu, kakaako, nuuanu, school street & etc.,...I ALWAYS have fantastic experiences with their staffs EXCEPT today at this keeaumoku location. One of their worker were really RUDE, IMPOLITE and UNPROFESSIONAL when I simply asked about their pricing differences ... So go to all OTHER nearby locations., don't go this one :(

Probably the best Starbucks on-island if you are a regular. Having recently moved to the mainland, I still miss the consistency and friendliness of this particular location and their staff.After a handful of visits, half the staff knew my order and began making it sometimes before I even put the order in. They always greeted me by name. On the rare occasion they messed up my order, they were always apologetic and quick to fix their mistakes (everyone makes mistakes!)If you order them via UberEats and they are out of a product (only happened twice ever in 3+ years), they even put a convenient little note and apology so you can get a refund easier!PS - unionize!

I was there May 3, by 5:30pm and I didn’t make a purchase like I do every they because the barista that was going to make it the drink was cleaning the floor and she never washed her hands she started making orders with out washing her hands.Is ok I can take there attitude, no consistency on the de drink’s but nasty hands No.Kid-friendliness: I don’t need friendliness they don’t need to be sheerleadears. They need to act like they happy or like their job and I don’t get my coffee early because is so busy but in the afternoon is not busy or lines.
