I have never experienced such poor service at any Starbucks location worldwide. From inconsistent drink quality to a remarkably rude attitude, Stacy displayed unprofessional behavior. This location dose not fit the Starbucks service and quality! Disappointing!

This location has unique tasty seasonal drinks created by their staffs. The staffs are friendly and helpful. I like to come here to try their seasonal specials.

Best Starbucks on island! All the best employees work at this one. I may be partial bc I visit almost daily and they know me by name. They make my day :)

Stop by at 7pm and the Starbucks logo light was turned off as well as the parking light. This is certainly not what you expect from any Starbucks in the nation.I did not feel safe leaving my friend sitting in a pitch black parking lot and had to mention it to the employee in the store which didn't seem bothered at all. Where is your manager or district manager? Fire them!You need to do a better job protecting your brand cause it's worst than a mom and pop coffee shop!Shame on you!

By far THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN THE 8 years of being a customer. This would NEVER be tolerated on the mainland. Completely sarcastic, ignored me as if I weren't a human being for their mistake (crazy) especially the 6am shift! I've never been so disgusted and disappointed with two individuals in my life. If you don't want to be there just quit already, there are enough ppl in Hawaii who need jobs and yet they employ ppl who act like they are doing a paying customer a favor. Work somewhere else and stop tainting the name. I will drive the extra 2 miles for better service!

NO restrooms here for paying customers!!!!Need I say more? I will though. Want to eat or drink food you paid for? They'll take your money. But no place to use the restroom. Food and drink...it makes you need a restroom. There's plenty of other options that treat customers like a human with basic needs...you know the bathroom need. I would recommend going elsewhere where they let customers use a restroom. (They suggested we go somewhere blocks away. Lol.). No thank you.

My OG place to get that fix...I used to live blocks from here where the convenience is literally dangerous though the parking situation is nothing to be desired though thankfully this location is conveniently outside the cray cray of malls and business district.Fast forward to the pandemic and no indoor seating is still the same situation here sadly is the reason for one less star which doesn't seem as they have the outdoor shared seating with other tenants (Jamba and Kozo) is a big deal for me as the busy Kapahulu traffic isn't very relaxing but I do still appreciate this location as many has closed for various reasons.Agreed this location isn't very spacious but does have nice large windows and the friendliest baristas and sometimes do have fun suggested specialty menu items found only here is something I do love and give them a try. Thank you!
