Got Uber eats from them and was missing 2 out of 4 sauces. No honey mustard or sweet onion. Those were my favorite and what I would've wanted most. Completely dry sandwich skimping on the 2 sauces they did put on. Don't eat there

I don't understand the bad reviews. This is probably my favorite Subway in the area. I wish they stayed open longer but that's ok. They might not get the business they need then. There is a lady who knows what I want each time I visit and I haven't really visited that many times. It's a good location and I usually get in and out really quick. I'd recommend it.

Hello, management, where there's a pattern there's a problem. The customer service here is non-existent. No, worse than that. Non-existent suggests neutral. In reality, the guys here - Kyle and his "doesn't wear a name tag" compadre are borderline contemptuous of customers. Maybe I'm being harsh. In fairness, it appears that their ONLY problem is that they detest making sandwiches and the people ordering them. Otherwise, they are model employees.

If i could give them no stars. I would. I just came from subway and we had no acknowledgement that we were there as customers. I changed my mind that i wanted my sandwich toasted. He gave this look like "are you serious?". It was not busy at all. Had only my brother and i there. I asked for avocado spread, looked like he dreaded to make it on my sandwich so he hesitated and did other things. My brother asked for sweet onion sauce on the side, no answer. Then as we were walking out after paying, the same guy slammed the door in the back. No professionalism here. He needs some knocks foreals. Don't work somewhere if you absolutely hate your job.

I just ordered a couple sandwiches and a wrap. The service there was poor. Kyle and the female working there had no customer service etiquette. Didn't greet my wife and I as we came in. As we were about to pay, my wife asked wheres her drink then the female working there said with a confrontational voice" I asked you if you wanted a drink and you said no", when I heard my wife specifically said she will make hers a meal...very rude. Luckily we kept our cool and got our stuff. Customer service goes a long way. I wouldn't recommend this establishment to anyone unless things change.

Went to this location for the first time and the young man named Billy was awesome, his customer service was great, great attitude and just a awesome overall experience, will come back again, gave him a big tip for his awesomeness. Keep up the great work.

I should've listened to my instincts when I noticed this place was empty on a Friday evening as everyone else seems to have lines out the doors. This night Daryl or Daryn made me feel like I was a burden. He had a major "hate his job" attitude and expressed no appreciation for me being there. Also, veggies where low and he put bare minimum to make it stretch for all three sandwiches. I'd it ran out, he never refilled. I will never spend my hard warned money here again.

Stopped by around 2PM on 3/21 and the female cashier did not greet us. She seemed as though she was bothered that we were in there. I was there to ask if I could purchase 20 mustard and mayo packets to add to my bags as we were feeding the homeless. I did not want any handouts. I am okay with her not selling me the packets however her customer service skills are lacking.

Three times now... rude staff, acting like it was a chore to wait on me. Tried to order on line...web page said closed at 6 but they were really open til 7. Retrieved the BOGO offer on their webpage but they said they weren’t honoring the offer. Three strikes!!!

I have ordered several times within the last 6 weeks. A couple of days ago, I ordered 2 sandwiches (bogo), I didn't check until I got home after errands. I was disappointed, I so looked forward to biting into that sandwich only to find that it wasn't what I ordered. Luckily, the other sandwich was right. If you're in a high position, service is priority number 1. Never take it for granted, treat the customer like you would like to be treated. It took 3 phone calls over a course of 2 days and no apologies just a 'so you want another sandwich?' Wow. I had 2 stars, changed it to 3 because the ladies were really nice and had my order of 2 sandwiches ready and made the replacement while I was there. Great job!
