Been working with Doug and recently (last the last 10 years!) Kelley from Summit Financial Advisors. What a super team. No pressure. Good honest expert advice. Personality plus.I am so impressed with Kelley. Never a lack of follow up. She comes to our house to do an annual evaluation which includes not only discussing accounts that I have with them but also what's happening with my other investments. Recently my daughters have been working with Kelley in getting started in securing their own financial futures.Highly recommended and I hope people will consider using their services if needed.

We attended a free retirement seminar a couple years ago and since then began working with Summit’s Kelley Tom. We love Kelley and Summit. Kelley explains things to us in a way we can understand. We always feel very welcome and Kelley continues to help educate us in different investment strategies. Definitely recommend!!

I've been working with Glennel for several years now and can say with full confidence that she has my best interests at heart. She is a CFP which means that she is a fiduciary, however beyond that she is incredibly sincere, intelligent and thorough in the work that she has done for me. The planning that we have done together has made be feel so confident and at ease with my retirement. I can't say enough good things about Summit Financial and Glennel. If you are shopping for a financial planner, definitely set up a meeting with her!

I love the personal touch. I love her down to earth & practical style. Glennel has helped me create my financial & tax plan for retirement using an easy to understand spreadsheet. She has solved my issues with long term care/insurance policies, auto insurance, medicare, trusts, and out of date annuities.

I attended the Women’s Wellness seminar in February, and the REITs session at the Olive Oil company in June.Both were very unique, informative and engaging opportunities to learn from experts in the field on health, wealth and investment strategies. For me to verbally state that the entire team here at Summit Financial Advisors have been an incredible asset for myself and my family would honestly be a complete understatement.I was formally introduced to Douglas Slagel and a short time later, Kelley Tom many years ago. I've had my personal finance do a complete turnaround once I began working with Glennel from Summit Financial. I came into it with a good chunk of credit card debt, minimal savings or equity. Besides the sound investment advice she's given me since our first meeting, Glennel has an incredible talent for finding ways to save on all your monthly expenses without sacrificing lifestyle (and in my case, improving it, go figure). I've literally turned my financial life around, increased savings, eradicated all credit card debt and even was able to purchase my dream home just over a year ago. I was always skeptical, and thought I wasn't making enough money to need a financial advisor (although I was making decent money), but i've since realized how wrong I was... everyone, regardless of income can benefit from a financial advisor, and personally I can say that Glennel and her partners at Summit are extremely knowledgable, great communicators (even with me who's very ignorant and uneducated in anything finance related). Most importantly, I felt extremely confident that MY best interests were the top priority in everything we did and discussed. Highly recommended!
