The Sun yoga classes are intense, but you’ll be thanking yourself after taking one. Good balance between a spiritual practice and a workout. The instructors are knowledgeable and bring grounding energy to class.

Went with my Dad while on vacation this week. Amazing vibe. Instructors were amazing. Really laid back but also very knowledgable and knew their stuff. Highly recommend. Thank you everyone so very much. Will be back soon!!!
