Wanted my hair cut straight across to decrease the length. Cut perfect length, feels so much lighter, AND got rid of the spit ends. Thank you! Sorry, I forgot the lady's name, she usually starts ~ 2pm but helped fill in for another stylist who could not make it. Great Team Work!! Mahalo!

Haircut was alright, The man cutting my hair was quite unpleasant and seemed a little frustrated and angry about something during the haircut and in the process cut my ear a tiny bit. Also have had the same man cut my hair 3 times in a row now and it’s just super unpleasant. He always seemed grumpy all those times and just unhappy yanking my head way too aggressively. I showed him a reference photo and he just sighed like he was frustrated. Overall making me not wanna even come here. Although through the other times he’s cut my hair the lady employees have been really nice. I’m not sure who was cutting my hair but he was working a shift at about 7pm on 2/16/24. Please get that man under control because reading other recent reviews it seems like we’re all talking about the same man possibly named “Micah” i’m unsure tho. Over just grumpy and very mean job while cutting hair.

I booked an appointment for my son's haircut and got there on time. But the hairstylist said she has other two clients and have to wait. I told her we would wait then she told us to come back tomorrow. I'll never go back there again. Waste of time. No point booking appointment lol first come first serve

White barber. Front right side. Only two guys here speak English. He’s one of them. For some reason he’s the only guy that cuts my hair wrong. THREE times in a row. He’s never in a good mood. He jerks your head around. And I can’t get over the fact that he speaks English and has never done it right. I ask to cut the side and back short. And thin the top. Dude straight up cuts half of the top. Doesn’t trim it. Awful. I only come here because it’s close to my house. This one guy is awful. Everyone else is fantastic

I booked an appointment with a specific stylist and was passed over for someone who was waiting before me but had not checked in. The manager on duty told the stylist (i heard her) to take the man whom was waiting ahead of me. Why book ahead and request a stylist if the manager decides to ignore it? I booked for conveniece purposes as i also had to get to work right after. I ended up waiting 15 more minutes.Why be treated like a walk-in when I planned ahead?How would the manager feel if I cut in front of her in line? How would she feel if she made a reservation at a restaurant and the decision to skip her was made right in front of her face?This is besides the point but a stylist was available for the man not even 2 minutes later. Honor the schedule, ask me first, upset customer avoided. Poor managerial decision.People's time is valuable. Honor customers who plan ahead. What if the shoe was on the other foot?

I have been to this Location about 5 times now. I usually really enjoy the stylists however today I saw something so disrespectful that I may never return. As I was waiting for my haircut with a nice elderly lady who was hard of hearing was waiting before me, and the man named Micah Tom was so rude and disrespectful towards her. Rolling his eyes talking down to her not being nice or respectful at all. If you are grumpy thats fine but don't be disrespectful. I was so upset by how he acted I stood up and told him to take my name off the list and that I was disgusted with how he was treating her, rolling his eyes and being so rude. The lady was very happy and even laughing because she accidentally sat on the apron while he tried to just yank it out. I feel so bad, I wish I had convinced her to go somewhere else and I would've paid for her to get a haircut. If you ever go to this location stay away from Micah, everyone else there has been wonderful. I will not continue going here so that I don't have to witness how this individual treats others especially someone who was so sweet but just couldn't hear that well. It's disgusting and I genuinely hope this man feels terrible for his actions. Be better Micah.

well let's see....i got my haircut here for the first time when i was about 16 yrs old, I then returned the night before my senior prom, graduation, first dates, and many more special occasions and have been coming here regularly since....(except the 4½ years I was on the mainland for college) Oh, and btw...I'm now in my 40's....So that should tell you something about this place. Lol. Love the people, location, and atmospere...Also got lots of parking, food, coffee, banking, and a 7-11 right across the street if there's a wait....Dina & Jasmine in the morning is who I go to. We've seen each other basically grow up throughout the years, they're like family already...

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! I've been coming to this place for years for convenience. Even with their inflated prices, I have been willing to pay just for the time savings.I made an online reservation and checked in at the front desk. They made no mention that there were 4 others in front of me (with only 2 stylists on staff). 4!!! Instead of mentioning that they are behind schedule, they just start taking other customers. One lady walked in and wanted to buy shampoo so the stylist stopped her hair cut immediately to help her choose out a shampoo. Guess the commission was too tempting to actually focus on one job. They just DGAF about their customers.

2nd visit - 4 star. Walked in. Easy communication of what I wanted and repeated checkins to confirm progress. Smooth and efficient(1st visit 12 star) 2 people working on a Saturday? 5 in the waiting area. 2 of whom walked out. I had a 4:30 apt booked, came in and checked in. 4:50 the lady takes a guy that just walked in while the other walk in who's been there since 4:15 and I look on in bewilderment. Guy has short hair so we let it go since he'll be quick. She then skips us at 5:05 for the 5pm apt that checked in skipping us again. I got up and left. None of this airline style over booking seats nonsense for me.

Absolutely joke of a business and employees.I've visited a couple times hoping it would get better but it only got worse.They advertise quick and easy when it's everything but that.I set an appointment for 3:30, arrive at 3:20, to be greeted by no one and to be unaware of the check in process. 30 minutes go by with no one acknowledging your existence to then find out the other "walk-in" customer is before you.What's the point of having an appointment if you won't uphold them?Hope all your dinner and travel reservations fall through so you understand, thanks for constantly wasting my time.

Decent haircut but dumbest booking process ever. What is the point of setting and appointment if your not seen till at least 15/30/45 min after? Just tell me I have to wait or if I'm next.
