I paid $50 for the worst haircut of my life here. I asked the lady several times to remove my sideburns and she wouldn’t do it because she thought they looked good. Had to get it fixed somewhere else next day

Pleased and satisfied with the outcome of my haircut, shampoo and conditioner. Service was efficient. It was all done in 30 minutes. Staff was patient with me when I had hard time keeping my head loose while leaning my head down to get the shampoo part done. Got my questions answered including details on what I need to do and
what not to do keep my hiar healthy. I highly recommend Supercuts for their hair services especially, if anyone wants to get a haircut.

If I could give zero stars I would. Absolutely horrible service and attitude! I tried to show the stylist some pictures from my phone and she refused to look at them. She dropped her comb/scissor twice while she was cutting my hair and both times it hit me. She got frustrated when I told her the length was too long and just arbitrarily started cutting. No apologies for anything that happened and no respect for my opinion. Worst haircut in my memory. Please don't give this place your money!

Second worst hair cut I’ve gotten since I the time I learned my barber was also a struggling real estate agent. He gave me his card
And the stylist wouldn’t stop mentioning how I’m mixed race
Also it took as long for us to check out ad it did for her to mess up our hair
At least at the real estate agent place he just scammed and overcharged me, he didn’t make me wait infront if mirrors to reflect on my shame

The haircut is perfect!
The wait was short, the person who helped me at the desk also cut my hair and she was very fun to talk to and remained professional throughout the cut. Keep doing what you’re doing! I will play Baldurs Gate III as recommended
Requested style: I asked for a quick buzz cut with number 3 on the top and number 2 on the lower half. Nothing fancy but something clean.
Specialties: My stylist ensured me she had the right sizes by showing the 2 guards she was going to use and shared a bit about her tools. Reassurance brings peace to mind so I appreciated her kind demonstration.
