The stylist didn't confer much with me while cutting my hair. She also didn't do a good job in checking the evenness of the length throughout the cut. (Most of the stylists who have cut my hair in the past have done the same.)
Just a note: the fee chart stated a $27 for seniors, but when I when I checked out, I only received a 'senior' discount. It would be nice to display the correct fees to your patrons/customers.

I did have my hair cut, and I didn’t want to have my hair blow dried but when my hair dried I noticed that I had quite a bit of hair that was longer that it didn’t blend in well. I was able to fix it but I don’t think that a licensed stylist should need correction.

I got a cut and shampoo. My stylist, Mijung, is great. She listens to me and isn't afraid to go really short which is what I asked for and showed her pics of.
(Lots of stylists worry that you'll get mad if they go short.) The shampoo and little bit of massage after made for a super nice experience!
I'll keep coming back for the excellent service and for a stylist that listens and pays attention!

Had a good time at supercuts
Fast efficient and good service. Shanny was my barber and did a great job. Plenty of openings for haircuts. Walk ins welcome too, but I had called and she had a opening for me. You can also schedule an appt through the supercuts app. Go to them if you need a haircut.
Requested style: Buzz cut...short and spiky.

Terrible! i’ve been to Supercuts many times and this is the worst experience I’ve ever had! The stylist MJ In Manoa was extremely rude and gave me one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever received in my entire life I simply wanted a trim that followed the cut of my last haircut And she hacked it up. If I could rate this a negative star I would

This was the most horrendous, horrible experience I've ever experienced with my hair. I went in for a straight cut trim. I asked the guy to cut off about 2 inches of my hair when he first initially cut my hair, he cut about 3 1/2 inches and I was feeling uncomfortable with the fact that he didn't listen to me when I said 2 inches But he had already made the cut so I couldn't do anything about it in the moment and I just let him. after the initial 3 1/2 inches he took it up another two and a half inches. I left the store with half of my head of hair gone when I just wanted to trim and not to mention it was very uneven, so I have to cut it, shorter to fix. I felt absolutely fucking violated. when I called back to the company to complain, they claim that they never cut my hair and they don't have any male stylist that could've helped me out so they do not take accountability for their actions at all. Horrible place do not ever go here.

Did fantastic service on my hair had full service from coloring to shampoo ,cut and blow dry. I give a 5 star to my stylest in Manoa Shopping Center.
