I have the simple choice plan which is obsolete. I added a line where an unfortunate mistake happened. Rep moved my unlimited data plan to SC 6GB quota for $15. So previously I was paying 10 dollars for unlimited data. I noticed this error when my internet was getting throttled. Called customer service and they did me good. My plan is back to unlimited but limited tethering. They have me as customer forever.

I needed to switch my phone lines from AT&T to T-mobile. I visited the T-mobile store on Beretania Street. Amy helped me with switching my phone lines and also adding a personal line all for $150 a month. I was paying $305 a month for 2 lines a an iPad at AT&T part of the reason why I made the switch. Overall Amy was really great she helped with everything I needed and also followed up with me to make sure all my devices were working properly. Thanks to Amy I'm really happy I made the switch to T-mobile.

Fast service on a Saturday afternoon. Picked up tmobile 5g Home internet $50 a month. Depending on your area your speeds vary. I'm getting 150 mbps to 200 mbps. Canceling my spectrum prices keep going up and its been spotty lately. Oh depending your account status you can get it for cheaper than $50 a month. We're getting it for $40 a month way cheaper than $80 spectrum prices. Had 3 devices streaming movies at once and was gaming online and no glitches or lag.

I used to be an At&t fan for the longest time. Then t mobile launched the uncarrier campaign and been history since. I really wanted to give 4 stars but I just recently got mobile hotspot device and had issues and they fixed immediately.. But I want to see Metro come to Hawaii as a brick and mortar. You can't buy online bc Hawaii and Alaska don't have stores, but you can buy the phones at select Walmart location and if need service t mobile stores will help. I'm a huge Metro fan even before t mobile bought them. They leaving money on the table so to speak. I know bunch of people that would sign up.. And their deals are second to none. Please guys come open shop in Hawaii, I come work for you and with you. It will be beautiful!!

Calvin was great! And Gene who set me up with Calvin when I walked in and wanted an appointment to switch from my well known carrier to TMobile. So glad I did! Service and accessibility are super should have switched long ago saving so much money and got a $200 rebate during the before Black Friday thanksgiving campaign. Mahalo!!

It's Tuesday and you know what that means... A very long T-Mobile customer thanks to my bestie who encouraged me because they have great service and they really do, their so patient whenever my mom who's tech knowledge is very low always leaves happy and full of information that she understands. With that the bonus for their Tuesday deals for some reason I never gave it much thought...even dowloaded the app only to be disappointed and deleted it lol...goes to show I don't know it all. Still feeling great for being loyal their deals are great and does vary every week as I know look forward to it with anticipation and this past Tuesday was just as I hoped themed for Halloween and keeping that classic T-Mobile pink is the jack o lantern bucket lol! Super cute and of course the handle lights up for a safe even on Halloween and yes I do plan to gift it to a sweet cutie. Thank you T-Mobile!

I wanted to buy an iPhone-15 about Max, I call, they say it is in stock, I come, it's not there the next day, I call again, I say there is an iPhone, they say there is a 512, I come it's not there, but they offer. Make to order. You call, they say, you come, you don't, everything is done so that you come and already desperate ordered from them under the order, as I understand it.

T-Mobile is horrible!!!!! Do not get suckered into their promotions. All lies. They promise and say they are signing you on with a promotion and they don't. My issue has been since January 2023 and they promise to fix it but don't. Drag everything month through month through month and nothing. Don't be afraid to file complaints or law suits. I had enough and this is not the end of me.

Gotta give a 10 star rating to Natalie McArthur. She's the epitome of what customer service represents. Understanding, listen to understand solutions to problems, always smiling and goes above and beyond to get your issues resolved. To be able to handle multiple task with a bevy or different issues shows the experience, skill and care that most need to follow. Way to go NAT!

After my phone services has been cut off for 3 hours and counting, I feel T-Mobile should be put out of business and never should be in business ever again! I went to a T-Mobile outlet nearby and to ask about the internet cut-off but there were so much paying customers there arguing with the employee about their phone service and the employee could not offer a solution to the problem! I saw a woman crying to the employee about her phone, ( emergency......? ), but the employee had nothing to say to her to try and comfort her situation! I saw her walk away and I just left!

Small store, can get super busy, but staff are friendly and capable. No seating inside or outside the store, so be prepared to stand. Limited accessories for the most popular current phones.
