Poor customer service, went in to get a new phone. The receptionists (big girl) said she couldn't validate my account because of a last name change. Yet I had the phone number, valid ID, account pin number and credit card used for the account. Yet this lady said she can't help me because the last name was different (because of marriage) and required to see a marriage certificate. Then we changed the last name on the app and wouldn't even check her system to see if it changed over. Said come back in 3 to 4 business days.

It must be a newbie handling my transfer from personal to business' got the run around from Jasmine at the store.she told me to call CRS so i can release. but that's done before i show up. all she has to do is look at it. i called business activation.and was told i have to go back the store.spoke with jasmine again and was told i have to call business activation. She doesn't know how to do her job. am i mad? am i mad?

By far the worst T-Mobile location on island, they do the bare minimum to help you. They're not informed about anything . The point of going into a T-Mobile store is to getting help in store. They are lazy and have you call customer service while at the store instead of them answering simple questions or doing procedures they're suppose to do. The attitudes of the employees are condescending & unprofessional. Drive to a further location if possible. Unorganized and waste of time to get anything resolved. They will mess up your billing plans by trying ti up sell you. Unethical also.

Waited over 30mins without anyone even acknowledging the fact that we walked into the store. Told that we can't be helped because they only allow trade in's to be done before 7PM... Would've really appreciated for anyone to have told us that when we walked in instead of ignoring us for 30mins and making us waste our time.

BEWARE! If you don't want unprofessional, unpleasant experience with the most unhelpful person in this Tmobile location, do not get help from this person named JASMINE!!!!!.. No willingness to help with your phone issues. All she wants is to make a sale. First, I told this person that I needed help with my phone but also going to buy a new one. Her question was, Did you back up the phone and I said No. She just said you need to back it up. I don't know how and where to do that on my phone that's why I came here. She didn't even look at my phone. But she just proceeded, looking at her iPad, asking me about the new phone that i'm going to buy. She didn't even explain what's the difference between the iPhone 14 and the pro max etc. You cannot get any information from this person..Basically, what she asked me was what IPhone, so I told her. What color? She didn't even say the colors so I have to ask. And last she asked me If I have the card to pay, just so to finish the transactions.The Manager of this location should train JAZMINE how to deal with customers and try to help as much as they can, especially old people who are having issues. This person is the complete opposite for the tmobile job description for sale associates.

I'm switching from AT&T to T-Mobile senior plan for a savings of $63 a month. I initially had a great experience chatting with a Tmo customer service rep online and with the first in store rep who couldn't transfer my phones because of other issues with AT&T the worst of which is their business customer service center is closed on nights and weekends. Excuse me but many businesses are open nights and on the weekends and my phone usage is 24/7 so shouldn't customer service be available? Anyway, I only gave three stars to Tmo for the following reasons:1) After Tmo ran a credit check on me on 9/23/22, the next day I get a credit alert that someone is trying to open a credit card in my name because suddenly my SSN and birthdate is apparently on the dark web? This has happened four times now since that day and all my credit info is locked and no accounts were actually opened but what a pain in the arse. Now, I don't know if it's a coincidence or what but it sure seems suspicious this all happened after I input info at the Tmo store.2) Well, that night 9/23 I was given two SIM cards to put into my phones whenever I was able to get my AT&T phones unlocked. That was another nightmare that took a whole week to do but again, that's an AT&T issue. I eventually got my phones unlocked and the next Tmo store rep I dealt with the evening of 9/28 insisted I had the wrong transfer code. Again, I couldn't call AT&T because they were closed. I had to wait until another day to call AT&T who said I did indeed have the correct transfer code. Another day later I returned to the same store rep who did input my transfer code I already had and low and behold it worked, but...3) the SIM card I was given at my visit on 9/23 supposedly did not match the one that showed on my account that was established that night I got the cards. The rep was able to scan the SIM card bar code and get it activated so yay for that but why didn't it work? Did the rep on 9/23 input the wrong card code or did the rep on 9/28 set up a whole different account to get credit for setting up a new account? So many questions with no answers. So far my phone service has been comparable to my AT&T service with a decent signal and as I wrote in the beginning, I'll be spending $63 less a month so yay for that in the long run but what a hassle with both Tmo and AT&T not to mention issues I had with credit bureaus and having to make a report to the FTC. I can't help but wonder what is next?Oh, wait! I forgot to mention that the Tmo rep I spoke to on 9/23 tried to get me to buy a new phone that could only be on a monthly payment contract and with insurance my bill would be $124 a month, a $9 a month savings over AT&T! No thanks. My phone works fine but that's why I went through all the hassle to get my phones unlocked. Just saying...

Walked in to store and salespeople were laughing at me and laughed when I left. Only one was helpful. Female employee was rude when sales clerk who was helping me said the sales price. Didn’t feel like buying at this store.

Have never experienced such professional service as that of Rodney and Selena of the Tmobile Ala Lilikoi location. They do it because it is in their nature to provide the best experience for their customers, because they are truly quality people, and not just for the money. Exceptional customer service skills. Tmobile corporate needs to be informed of how well these people are helping their company and ensure they are compensated accordingly. This is from now on, the only Tmobile location our family will visit.

This is the worst TMobile. Had to wait 1/2 hour just to buy a damn phone case. So terrible customer service, at least have 1agent to ring people up and the other 2 agent help with complicated issues!!!!
