  After waiting for hours on hold with multiple federal IRS hotlines only to be eventually told by the system that their call volume was too high and they wouldn't help me, I found this office and walked in for help. They were friendly and eager to help and I was in and out in 15 min. Highly recommend.

  I’ve had wonderful experience with the Irvine TAS Office, though unfortunately I’ve been unsuccessful in getting anybody from the Honolulu office to answer their phone or email even though I have an assigned case advocate. Writing this in the hopes that maybe somebody from the IRS sees this. Aloha
