Horrible service and management. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Also one of the tellers taller lady with glasses asks super irrelevant questions. For example when I told them I needed to leave for an appointment that lady snapped at me and said why to open at another bank? This is the worst bank in Hawaii!

All the employees are fantastic! They have been great helping me with my mom's account as well as helping us to open new personal and business accounts. Kathy is a gem and always so helpful! Thank you for always being so welcoming when I walk in the door and saying goodbye when I leave. There is plenty of parking!

Kathy has been great!!! Super knowledgeable, extremely sweet and awesomely helpful. I would recommend asking her to help you, even if you have to let the person behind you go first to another teller. I've never had the chance to be helped by the other employees, but why... I got a good one, I'll stick with her.

This brand new Territorial Savings Bank is located in the Ku'ono Marketplace along Waialae Ave, across Kahala Mall. A very welcomed upgrade compared to the previous location one block away. There's plenty of parking. The inside is clean and cool. This is your typical neighborhood sized Territorial Savings Bank with just a few tellers at the window and the branch manager. The teller who helped me was friendly and efficient. No issues. Just a quick in and out. It's very convenient to get to, especially if you're heading out. You just take the off ramp before the freeway and the H-1 on-ramp is just on the same road, a couple of blocks away. Overall, all these Territorial Savings Banks are similar. Convenience is a strong factor for me in choosing which one to go to, and the Kahala branch is very convenient.

Convenient location. Easy parking. Easy access to freeway. Not crowded. Acai bowl next door. Fine Mom and Dad, I'll run your errands for you.

Is there any possible way I can give a zero star? I have never wrote a Yelp review on my own but knew I had to after the way I have been treated as a "customer" there for about 3 years. I had an incident about 2 years back when I was a victim of fraud. After a lengthy dispute, I was credited back funds but was told that I could never use my debit card again. WHY?! Just about a month back I was mailed a new debit card and tried to use it. It did not work so naturally I called customer service. The rep could not help me and said I had to speak with someone from the specific bank location I opened my account with. This rep didn't even know how to transfer me over the phone. I had to hang up and google Territorial Savings Bank Kahala locations phone number. Spoke to manager Cyrus who was beyond rude. He said it was an "error" that they even mailed me the card and I could not ever use a debit card indefinitely. He was the same person who was rude 2 years back when I was the fraud victim. He took away my privileges to use a debit card. He also said, "we are not in the business to lose money". RIDICULOUS. Ok, no problem. I have a credit union and now with a reputable bank. I am so disgusted with his words (which is recorded) and service in general. I have a client who mentioned she went thru something similar.
