Title and trunk issues with my car, dropped by Ala Moana mall where I was sent by Auahi St. I enter, nobody says hi- they just look at me as if I interrupted them from something… John at the counter finally asks if I need anything- very condescending and rude… gives me an email I should write to about my issue- I don’t think he heard or understood what I even asked about.I gave it 2 stars Instead of 1 because the store was empty and I didn’t have to wait for this horrible customer service.Bottom line- John should find another job if he’s so bored and unhappy in his current one.

I suspect this company flat out lies to customers. I bought a new model 3 and took delivery at the end of September. Throughout August, I received a string of emails about how the car was being built and then shipped from California. So why is the registration that I just received dated July and safety check also dated July? Does not compute. Seriously, you are nickel and diming customers out of $100 like that? Must add up. Also be forwarded that range estimates are grossly exaggerated. I'm getting about a 1/4 of what was stated. Finally customer service sucks. I showed up to pick up plates with a broken wrist. They couldn't even install for me. And you are on your own with mounting hardware for front plate. My Tesla emotion is heavy buyer's remorse.

Tesla all the way!!After an exhausting and painful car shopping experience at the local Toyota, Honda, and Kia dealerships, we wandered into the Tesla store on a whim… just to see what it would be like to own a high-tech luxury electric car. As soon as we walked in, the energy was noticeably different. Lighter. Futuristic. We test drove a few models, and there was no pressure to purchase anything. Colin and Peter provided excellent customer service and answered all of our endless questions, had no ulterior agenda, and went above and beyond to make sure we understood what it would be like to own a Tesla. The products really speak for themselves, no sleazy salesmen needed! It was a sign when Colin understood a SpongeBob joke I made. I was very impressed.Getting a Tesla soon became a no-brainer. Unlike the other non-Tesla dealerships on the island, Tesla isn’t doing $3000 dealer mark ups. Their inventory is plentiful. We wouldn’t have to wait 6-10 months for a vehicle, in a trim we didn’t even want. Tesla has instead, taken a different approach and has been churning out plenty of inventory with the exact specifications you want, making the decision truly effortless.Today, we drove home our new Model Y and have never been happier. It feels great to make the sustainable switch to EV, and we’re doing it in style. The lack of negotiation from Toyota and Kia actually made our new Tesla only about $100 more monthly. It’s well worth it.We’re Tesla fans thanks to the excellent customer service and cooperation from Colin and Peter. They made the car shopping experience so painless and stress-free. They deserve a raise!!

Stopped by to test drive a Tesla Model 3 since that’s was what I was purchasing. I spoke to Craig and had let him know that I had previously reserved one, but had to cancel due to not picking up on time. I had reached out to a Tesla employee and this individual told me that there was nothing they can do. That I had lost that money and had to put a new deposit down if I wanted to reserve another one. I told Craig that I had pretty much lost the deposit and I ordered a new one and had put another deposit down. He instantly said that this was wrong and was going to fix it. Later in the evening I received a call and it was craig saying that my first deposit was going to be put towards my new order. There are many people in this world where they work in sales and don’t care for their customers. Craig is the complete opposite of that. He was outstanding and a tremendous help. He cares for his customers and went above and beyond for me. Thank you Craig and if anybody is considering purchasing a Tesla they should go straight to him.

My wife and I made an appointment to test drive a Model 3 and we were going to buy a Model 3 on the spot that they listed as available in their inventory if my wife liked it.Strike 1.Instructions said to check in 15 minutes before the 10 AM test drive. We showed up at 9:40 AM but the store would not open the doors until 10 AM despite sales people inside looking at us through the glass doors. Why did they tell us to show up at 9:45 if they were going to make us stand outside and wait til 10 in the hot sun? Strike 2.Upon opening the door, a salesman asked if we were here for the test drive. My wife said yes, and that we had an appointment to do so. Salesman said, oh well, we don't have a car for you to test drive. What?!Strike 3.We looked at the floor model, my wife said she was confident enough that she would like the car to go ahead and make the purchase regardless. So we tell the salesman that we'd like this specific one that they have listed on their website as available inventory. "Oh, we don't have this car." I asked about the other Model 3 listed on the website as available inventory for Ala Moana Tesla. "We don't have any of these either".We were OUT of there. So much for the "direct sales model" that I've heard was awesome and hassle-free.

Ordered a Tesla model Y due to the price drop, just waiting on delivery date...but before we did we wanted to check it out and test drive the model Y. We were helped by Madison who was very patient and kind, even though a swarm of people came in after us. Yesss, the store was packed with people after we walked in because of the recent price drop/tax credit incentive. She answered ALL our weird questions and helped us test drive the car. I didn't get to acknowledge her for giving us such a GREAT experience, I wish all car dealerships would be this type of system and service. Can't wait to get our new car!!!

As with other brand named stores within the mall, if you look a certain way no one will acknowledge your presence. I am utterly disgusted with the attitude of the salesman at the very back of the shop. I couldn't catch him name but after the brief interaction with him I can honestly say I will not go back. Please encourage your staff members not to discriminate and or incriminate locals, who you need to help your business thrive. I am ashamed of how I was treated and spoken to just because of my appearance. Had I came in with my suit or aloha shirt would I have been treated differently?

This is for the dealership at Ala Moana only. Bought the car from Peter. He assured us that buying from the dealership was best, because he would be with us every step of the way. Went back the next day to ask him a few things, and every time I went there he had his back, turned, and wouldn't acknowledge my presence. I tried about four times that day. I emailed and called him throughout the week and did not get a response for five days. He didn't tell the truth about when the car would ship to an outer island. And basically wrote us off as soon as we signed the papers! Trying to get the car shipped before the end of the year was a nightmare. They basically told me I had to do it all myself rather than use their service because they couldn't get there in time after they told me that I never heard from them again, I went ahead and did it on my own, but had to make a flight over and spend a whole day in Honolulu taking care of it myself. The last time I bought a brand new car it was a Lexus and the experience was the complete opposite of Tesla. Do not expect any special treatment. Don't expect them to orient you to the car. Don't expect them to make anything special about the delivery. I've never seen such poor customer service considering the amount of money that we spent with them. I would suggest you just order it online and take care of everything yourself. At least you know it will be done right and you won't be given a lot of "misinformation".

Customer service was horrible at this location. I was slated to pick up my car at 10 am and was told to be there at 10 am sharp. One of the sales people said the car was still in the service line when we arrived. Waited an hour and I had to approach another sales person to ask what happened since they seemed understaffed. Again, he told me it was still in the service line. A female sales person then asked me if I was still waiting for my car and I said yes. She said she would be right back so that she could check on the status of my car. She never came back. Finally, my car arrived at 12 pm and the sales person said "at least your car is finally here". No apology for making me wait for 2 hours? Also, he didn't show me the features on the Tesla and had set up my phone key wrong on my iPhone. Horrible customer service on all levels. If I don't have to come back to this location, I won't. If you are ordering a Tesla, I would recommend to either have it delivered to your home or to pick it up at the service center instead. I would think that for a luxury car line would provide exceptional service. Far from it! Toyota had better customer service. Also, when I finally got the Tesla, the interior was full of dust. Would never come back to this location!

The car I picked up yesterday morning, this is the car I have been waiting for for half a year. When we picked up the car, we were checking the appearance of the car. The delivery person Pite looked very anxious and told us that we had three days to check. Now we don’t need to check. We Just follow him to sign the documents. After signing, I found that the paint peeled off. I told him, and he replied that I took a picture and then went to the customer service center? He didn't give me more useful advice and help! I feel that everything has nothing to do with him after signing the documents. Maybe he is only responsible for delivery. After finally waiting for a new car, it takes time to find a customer service staff who can answer me within three days and tell them the situation? Find the service center of the app to make an appointment, the earliest Friday, it has been more than three days! What if no one replies to me these three days? Does that make me responsible for fixing my new car?
