My overall experience with Tesla service has been great! I scheduled my wife's model Y to have it looked at since she experienced multiple warning lights turning on and 're-gen' also stopped working. Brought my car in and was checked in by James, their service manager, and I was impressed how quick and straight to the point everything went. I left after being there for about 10 minutes tops, was updated through the Tesla app periodically on the status of my vehicle, and was also given a loaner car which I had picked up during lunch time. Ultimately didn't need the loaner car as I was then notified around 2pm that my car would be ready to be picked up since all repairs were complete (a module was replaced). Luckily I work a couple blocks away so it wasn't a big hassle for me to go back and forth. Returned my loaner car around 5:30pm and drove off with my car 5 minutes later. No long wait times, no false updates, and no inconveniences. All checks in my book! Thank you James and team Tesla service!

Well, I love Tesla. Absolutely love my car but this service center in Honolulu is a mess. I'm afraid to post exactly what they did wrong when I went in for a simple appointment in fear of retaliation from them but it's messed up. A blind person must be in the back working because simple, obvious and blatantly unexplainable mistakes are just mind boggling. It's like putting a black door on a white car. A silver rim on a car with three black rims. That kind of stuff and I I'm just truly disappointed and upset. I will only absolutely go back when I need to for Tesla-centric repairs. Things that other places can do like alignments, rotation and other common repairs/services are recommended.

We were car shopping at other dealerships in the area and noticed this Tesla location. Google shows it as a dealership so we stopped by. The tech looked at me weird for thinking it was a dealership. I told him it's not differentiated in Google Maps and is listed as a dealership. He said Elon would have to buy Google in order to fix the listing. ?

They are busy here but seem to genuinely care for the customers. They always respond using the Tesla app. Calling can be challenging since due to limited staff, it rings twice and goes to mainland. They no longer do deliveries here so the parking has gotten a little better. Be prepared to double park or park anywhere until you get checked in since they don't have a traditional service drive. They can do walk in's for basic stuff like tires and safety checks up until 2-3pm. Avoid Saturdays due to very limited staff. Since the accessories sold here are super limited, you're better off ordering online unless you want charging adapters and the occasionally stocked charging cords. The policy for loaners are limited, you're better off coordinating your own ride. They don't give Uber vouchers for customer pay stuff and warranty work less than 5 hours. The front of house staff also act as the parts department but only sell to customers with VINs.

Customer service people were really friendly and nice. I had low pressure on one of my tires and they put air for free and fill the wind shield fluid too for free too!

Picked up new Tesla today that I ordered in January. The entire process was quick and efficient. Signed a few documents, handed over a check and they pulled my car around. Both service and sales representatives were friendly and responsive. Asked me if I needed help in setting anything ups. Car looked immaculate. They did a great job detailing inside and out. Tires shined the works. I keep looking for defects because you have 100 miles or seven days I believe and so far have found none. Very happy with the entire process from purchase to delivery. The car looks and drives great. Thank you Tesla and all the Honolulu employees.

Not impressed with sales process. All paperwork electronically completely, sent them 60k, not one mail or phone call from live person to update delivery. Destination Fee of $1,390 on all paperwork leads you believe that is the the price to the destination you've put in the paperwork. After calling several times and texts do I get to speak with someone. Informed its another $1,200 to get to Maui. Why not mention that along the sales process? Karissa rather arrogant says to me "have you ever bought a car before?" Her attitude in general is pretty condescending. Which only gave me a poor attitude. I hope that's not a reflection of the company at large as EV competition heats you may need to treat customers with a bit more respect.

Awesome team at Tesla Hawaii. The service team was always able to fix any issues that arose. Shout out to Kennedy for making it happen.

Walked in to get a wall charger. Already picked up car and rep said to come back if I decide to buy something. Came back 2 weeks. It was pretty packed compared to when I came in Sunday. When I came to pick up car it was only 2 reps. This time About 3 at counter, 4 in meeting room and 2 runners outside. Waited to see if I would get greeted.. nope. Went to counter and guy said,"we are not customer facing.". Mind you this was Wednesday at 1:30 pm. Turned to the woman and she said,"how can I help you?". I asked about wall charger and she pointed to the stack of wall chargers. Bought one and got out as soon as I could since I felt I welcomed. Guess I have to be picking a new Tesla to be considered a customer. This is supposed to be a service center and not customer facing... hmm Guess only if your picking up a Tesla your customer. After that your something else?

Delivery center is in a very dumpy area of town. They basically pointed to your car and say here you go bye! The first time driving the car I had to back out of a very busy crowded parking lot. No orientation no congratulations nothing! It was really anti-climactic and not like other luxury vehicles. Were they make it a special event when you take delivery of your car and make you feel good about the purchase. They all act as if they pretty much don't care about the customer or the business.

The customer service is phenomenal. Day/(Dae?) noticed I had left something in my return of my Tesla and she held on to it. She was trying to contact me and return it to us and even recognized the name when I stopped in for a different matter. She was an absolute angel.

Poor customer service in Honolulu Tesla. Slow in responding, no proper communication so information gets lost. So ended up not being able to pick up my car on the scheduled delivery date. Very frustrating .

I am a little frustrated by the company making it hard to speak with a live person when scheduling repairs, that being said, the Tesla Rep who helped me (Dey) was awesome. I was frustrated when I came in but she was patient with me. Dey took time to explain everything, quickly broke down options, etc. Huge fan of Dey and her excellent customer service!
