All people should go to Hele gas station there is a hele app. That will give you 25cents off on each gallon 7 days a week.Trust me great gas,great service. Manoa Texaco, lady is rude! Don't ever go somewhere that charge you expensive for gas!! Kamaina discount is the best!!!Go to hele gasoline service station.There are 2 hele gas station near by manoa. Corner of punahou and king st. And the corner of king and coral st.

The abundance of negative reviews is accurate. I visited this place for a vehicle safety inspection, and the service quality was absolutely abysmal. Shane, the individual attending to me, seemed as though my presence was an inconvenience. There were no greetings, eye contact, and certainly expressions of gratitude. His behavior is a perfect example of terrible customer service. I strongly recommend seeking alternative options and taking your business elsewhere. Its proximity to my house drew me in, but I won't be returning.

We were told a year ago to make a reservation but a few days ago we were told come in before 2 30. But that was fine. Plenty of places to go or just wait at McDonalds. All was good.

I've been going there for nearly 10yrs, enjoy most of the worker, But I had kinda bad experience with the oriental machanic, he has a very bad attitude, I also took my car for safety check for the first time and he was the only person took the car out for a drive, why??!! All the other places I went never drove my car, what was the reason? My car is not new and not to old. Maybe I'll do business somewhere else now.. you probably lost me as a customer

Growing up in Manoa, my parents always chose Manoa Service for their vehicles, vehicles that lasted for 10-15 years thanks to their excellent service. I will still drive from Mililani to Manoa Texaco for everything: safety checks, oil changes, tire repair and replacement, brake work, etc. They are always busy, which is a testament to how well they take care of their customers and the cars in their care. Highly recommend!

Usually put gas at this station and needed my tires filled. Asked one of the mechanics if they could help me cause I don't speak car (yes, THAT illiterate). They were super busy so thought I'd need to go back another time, nope, not even 5 minutes later Shane came to help me out. And being as I wanted to (finally) learn to do it myself, even as busy as they were, he took the time to show and explain how to do it correctly, gave me a couple tips, and even let me try to make sure I got it. Then, wouldn't even accept a tip for all his help. This is above and beyond, local-style service where they help and care about their customers. Will gladly keep supporting them. Thank you again, Shane!!

I never come here for gas, but I always take my car here for oil change and safety check. The workers here are extremely fast and I guess some people mistake their efficient workflow for rudeness. I don't mind it if it means I'm in and out in less than half an hour.

Extraordinarily rude workers. I pulled up to get air and the worker shouted at me and told me I was blocking the driveway even though there was clearly enough room for cars to pass through. She continued to shout at me telling me that the self-service was on the other side. I was aware of this but the past several times I had stopped here, the self service was out of service. When I asked about this, she just continued to shout at me, repeating the same thing over and over again. If you wish to be treated with even the slightest level of respect, do not come here.

I've been coming to this service station for years but will not be coming back. On one of my stops for gas, I also needed air. I proceeded to the air filling station and the air hoses have been removed. Seeing that there was one at the end of a row of pumps I headed over there and proceeded to fill my tank. After I went to put air in my tires and one of the service personnel removed the air chuck. Why? The "we don't care" attitude of the staff is appalling. Find another service station, this one is only interested in how deep your wallet is and not how they can be of assistance.

This gas station is the only place I use ever since I moved to Honolulu (over 30 years ago) I don't know anything about a vehicle since my late husband took care of our car. I bring my car there to pump gas and to ask them to check the tire pressures! This family owned gas station in Manoa is very reliable and if I have questions about my car, they can help me! Thank you!
