I've been across the world as active duty military, and in 16 years this has been the best vet for cats we've ever had the pleasure of visiting. Outstanding staff, and facilities. They offer free cat treats, catnip, human treats, and even cat costumes to try while you're there!

I have much love for the Doctors and Staff at Purradise Cat Care. They have looked after the health of my 5 cats for many years. I appreciate when Doctors explain what’s going on in terms I can understand. The staff are extremely good at follow up and clarification of instructions. On behalf of your surrogate family: Paco, Kismet, Mika, Smoochie, and Lily. Thank you. Aloha

Cat used to be ok with the vet, went to a place, became horrible at the vet, then we come to this place and he is starting to like the vet again :) he has treat options when he is there, there really care about his needs, they’re super knowledgeable and it feels like a place he is starting to enjoy as well! Thankful I found this place for my baby

It makes me feel good that my cat receives better health care than I do. I mean there is aromatherapy in their examination rooms for the kitties comfort! It's splendid the level of care they deliver! I have every confidence that my cat is going to live a long and healthy life because of the top notch vet she's had.

I've always been very lucky with my vets, and these guys are no exception. Odin was settled in and good to go within a minute of arrival. I'd like to thank the staff here for taking care of my little buddy.

We can't praise Purradise Cat Care enough! It's a little more expensive to go here, but the trade off is so worth it. My indoor kitty Blondie is never too scared or traumatized by being at a vet where there are only cats. These folks are genuinely cat experts. ?

The staff were really nice. My cat was listless and losing her footing every now and then, she had to catch herself and pick herself back up. Idk if the female vet had an off day, but she supposedly examined her?called on my phone (during COVID) and said Mama is very fragile. I said, oh no what do you mean fragile? She yelled, She's sick, she's old she's fragile and hung up on me! I had no clue what happened at that moment. Why she would speak like that then hang up!I waited there for at least 45 minutes after that calling twice to see what was going on, why I was still waiting after my cat had been seen already. Finally a staff member came out, estimate in hand, and told me what the doctor. 'recommended' to the tune of $600. I didn't even know what was wrong with the poor thing! I said no, I'll just take my cat. I waited in the lobby for another half hour. Called, no answer. Went up and banged on the window. Somebody looked out, turned around and disappeared. I waited a few minutes longer and banged louder. A staff member came out with my cat finally!! Said nothing. I asked what took so long and she said 'they were examining the cat'. No not for 2 hours. She wanted to inconvenience me and make me sit there for no reason bc she was angry. I had already paid, and for absolutely nothing, but to wait in the lobby for nearly 2 hours while they did nothing to help my cat. Had to go to another vet. They said she was old and dying. They gave me saline packs and needles and showed me how to administer the fluids. They were wonderful. She lived for another 4 months thanks to the other vet, thank God!This was 2.5 years ago, but figured ppl should know what she is capable of in case anybody has a similar experience with her. I understand she is good most of the time but she is capable of this horrid behavior also. Ppl tend not to write negative reviews, they just try and forget the bad experience. Btw, I am White, so that may be an element of why I received such bad treatment from the get go. Doctor trying to act stink local. The entire side of her front room is glass and I could be seen clearly by all. Just saying. Other than that guess, I don't know what set this vet off and why I was there for so long without speaking to her again. She had plenty of time to speak with me again about my sick cat!

Wonderful people and very good cat doctors. Our cat has had some real difficulties and worked with us and continues to work with us to get our cat feeling better. We have been customers for over 8 years.

The staff and Dr here are wonderful. I often find kittens in despair and if they aren't ferrel I pay to have them checked out by local vets when possible. Last kitty was adopted quickly.

Caring and helpful staff. Very clean clinic! Helpful advice that will make a significant difference for our fur babies.. I didn't know about the role of plastics in cat acne and I'm looking forward to making the recommended changes that will greatly improve their quality of life.

All the staff here were super great with both my cats, the environment was so great and soothing for them! There was a special hiding place under the cabinets for the cats and treats everywhere and all the staff were lovely to talk to about my cats! I'll definitely be coming back!

Amazing cat hospital! Dr Lau is the best cat Doctor, the Best veterinarian in Hawaii. She is the kindest person I know and knows so much about kitties. The whole office staff love the kitties so much they treated my Annie, who is a bi- polar DIVA! Like the Queen she thinks she is! I originally took Annie to Doctor Lau when I got her from a friend. Annie was dying. Dr Lau treated her and 4 months later Annie is a sassy, fat, fluffy kitty! I’ll never stop singing her praises. Love love love Doctor Lau and staff!
