Only place I ever been to where you can really build your own burger however you want it. They actually cook it to your liking too unlike everywhere else where you ask for medium and they give you well done. Good beer and good service too. Just a nice place to eat and relax.

Friends recommended that we visit and we definitely weren't let down. Amazing burger, never thought to put cranberries on a burger.. holy smokes, that's about to become a staple addition! Our server and other wait staff were all super sweet, even with the late hour (we came in 45min before closing) and they didn't make us feel rushed in the least. Really glad we ended up coming here to eat!

My salad was delish. The service was eh, looked like they were maybe short-staffed so we tried to be patient. It's the little things, though, like drink refills, stopping by the table, getting the check timely, simple stuff.

Alaura W. Was our server. She avoided our table after we asked where are our drinks after waiting for our meal. Took 30 mins to get the food. We also asked why the vegetables on the burger looked like it was days old and brown and wilted. She said nothing to replace it. So we asked for more lettuce. She said if she gets more then she would have to charge the salad price. Then she waited near the table for the bill. She circled "tip" expecting to get a tip with the service she gave. She wasn't courteous at all. She talked so loud that we could hear her complaining at the bar to the other waiter there that we didn't leave her a tip.

Well it's so rare I give a 1 star review. My friend and I decided to catch a movie at Kāhala mall. Movie was at 8 and we had purchased tickets ahead of time. She arrive at this place at 645 sat at bar waiting for a booth - I arrived right after she was seated at 7. She let them know we were seeing 8pm movie. My friend ordered a cocktail. The bartender knows how to make a martini !!! My friend had been here before with bad service and experiences. It's was the only place w a seat last night before the movie. However she did say she'd sit at bar for a drink only- one positive. The booth was clean & comfortable. However the staff / hostesses are completely clueless to awareness and customer service. We ordered our food at 707pm 735 we asked hostess for another drink. No one checked in to see if we needed anything still no food? Food arrives at 746pm - her chicken is raw along with my pink mahi. The server didn't check back till she dropped second drink at that point the food was not edible and she didn't have time to drink . I told server bring bill. She charged us for both drinks not the food!!! My friend didn't have time to drink drinks we needed to get to movie and who wants a second martini with no food?!!! They didn't even care or seemed surprised about raw chicken. I guess the owners don't take time to train staff I food handling protocols or hospitality skills No Aloha... I won't be back chubbies in Kaimuki is consistently ono.

I hate to give a bad review, but 3rd time is a strike out!!! If I could give zero stars , I would. The only reason I'd EVER come here again is for a drink (only) at the bar. The wahine bartender actually made a decent martini. After waiting an hour for our food, only part of it came out and when I cut into my chicken it was raw inside . This is the last time I will Say " I'll never eat here again!!" Cuz I've said it twice before!! It's a shame because this is one of few restaurants in Kahala mall. We weren't the only ones complaining tonight either!!

I come to this store many times. I like that you can customize it yourself. In the end, I always end up with the same burger ? It's a juicy burger with a little red color ? I'm very satisfied ♪

This place was great. I brought a large group of elderly people with walkers and a wheelchair. This of course can be stressful for any restaurant to try and accommodate, but not for Panda! She was an amazing, patient and efficient. The Counter’s food was delicious and their worker Panda made the experience all the more enjoyable. Thank you!
