Wouldn't honor the price they gave online, would look elsewhere for short term storage. They will charge you extra mandatory insurance and a partial month plus the next month if it's late in the month. The guys at the desk are great but bizarre that the website lies about the price.

Yo the staff was very professional and e z to work with. The explained the rental process and gave an informative tour of the facility. They answered all my questions in a timely manner and the cleanliness of the facility was great including the outside property. Competitive prices for what I needed in terms of storage I was happy to get LOCKED UP!!!!!!

Kevin Nielsen is the best! He helped us find the right storage unit, taking a lot of time opening several unit doors and discussing how each one would work or not work for our storage needs. He informed us about current promotions, saving us money. His sense of humor made the process much less stressful. We’ll be sure to recommend Kevin at Lock Up to anyone who needs storage services.

2019-2023-2024- 2025 I have rented from The Lock Up. The gate hours are the best in the business 5 am to 11 pm .

The female employee i forget her name but she is the kindest and most professional personality that i have seen in a very long time. I can't say the same for the manager Kevin because he is rude and very unprofessional. Most of the people who live in my condo have lockers there and we are all wanting to move somewhere else because of Kevin. The only reason I may stay is because the lady is extremely kind and helpful.
She tries her best to make people feel welcome and we wish she were the manager.

Thank you , the most easy way to make life easier. I have a 5 star storage system , which offered me a one month free and a truck . Having all that saved me a couple hundred dollars . The 10×10 is perfect for all my property , located in a cool temperature environment. Located to easy access for loading . I am so proud of myself having to locate this company . The employees are great people that make the best choices for all your needs . Once again Thank you .

Most horrible experience ever. We had our things in there for 3-4 months. Paid them around 1200 dollars in total. And then a young guy with slick hair came with stupid remarks. And didn’t want to let us get our things out of the unit unless we either said “yes my dear, we understand your rules” and it still didn’t give us our things back. I had to call 911 to get my things out of a storage which we had paid 100 of dollars to. You guys need to fire him. He is a liability for you guys. Replace him.

They charged my credit card twice and when I called to have it corrected their response was "That's not our problem." No offer to help me untangle the network of red tape or figure out how to prevent this in the future. Just not our problem.
