“I have used this place at least three times for safety inspections. Never made an appointment, but role up as they open and get my safety done in like 20 minutes. Great service and there is a seating area to hang out while waiting. Very friendly staff for each visit, would highly recommend to others.”

Barbara was a great help and always stayed in touch with my whether via text or call. She was very transparent through the process and empathetic with my concerns.
Is it expensive? Yes, but they are a specialty service and I knew they were a trusted company. I was confident with the work they were performing and the parts they had had to order. My little ride needed some major work and they took care of it with urgency and concern.
I will most definitely recommend them and I will be returning for all my service needs.

“Neil is a very knowledgeable and helpful mechanic. I took my Tacoma in early this morning for my transmission and he was very patient. Got into my truck did a few tests and recommended some OEM parts to get so he can work on it. He also pointed out some other things that needs to be fixed soon (not transmission related). He's real easy to talk to. Definitely recommend!”
“Tracy is such an awesome man. Very old school and I loved it. Seems like I’ve called every shop in Hawaii and all of them were too busy to give me the time of day for even a diagnosis and try to schedule 4-6 weeks out. Tracy took my keys on the spot and ran his computer to see if there were any glaring issues completely complementary. Extremely thankful for people like him.”

“After wasting $2K at Cutter Ford for a diagnostic evaluation and an unsuccessful attempt to install and program the used ABS, I decided to replace the ABS myself. I had AutoTech perform initial programming of the ABS module, then had the vehicle towed to Fantastic Auto for brake fluid bleeding. Fantastic gave me an appointment quickly and performed the work at 1/10th of what I had already spent at Cutter. They did not run up the bill as I feel Cutter did, and they actually corrected an omission in the programming at no additional cost. They were Fantastic!”
