“I'm a huge DIY guy, there's nothing on my Jeep I haven't done including an entire power train swap. but this misfire has stumped me. Unfortunately Andy isn't able to fit me in but he's been extremely helpful in letting me bounce ideas and courses of action off him. I've never met a mechanic that does that and he's been extremely kind and helpful. He's definitely earned my business in the future!”

“I went to the fastlane for a quick safety check and oil change, and I was in and out in a flash. The prices were awesome, and Steve and his crew were friendly and professional. They even offered me coffee and snacks while I waited. Plus, Steve gave me a holder for all my car paperwork because I'm always losing mine. Definitely recommend this place.”

“I went in for a brake inspection because I thought my brakes were grinding and going bad. They did a very thorough inspection and found that all my brakes were good. Turns out what I was hearing was just the ABS. But their brake inspection was free. I am so impressed by their integrity in not selling me something that didn't need to be fixed! Highly recommended!”

“Thank you so much to the team at Alltrans. All the other shops I called quoted me almost double the price or said it wasn’t worth it to get my transmission replaced but you guys were able to do it! Thank you for getting it done, working around my schedule, and being so friendly and understanding of my situation!”

“Im basing my review on my own personal experience with this business. I knew my transmission was shot and needed to be rebuilt. I called half a dozen places and they all quoted me around the same amount, 4800-5500 for a rebuild which is a lot of money. I reached out to a friend who's in the automotive industry and he recommended Kiyo's. They quoted me at 2800 for a rebuild, basically half the price of what everyone else wanted to charge so I dropped it off. I do agree that their communication and time estimates could use some work but I have other vehicles I could drive so it was not an issue for me to save 2-3k by having to wait a little longer than other shops may have taken for the same repair. It's an old school shop that doesn't use computers and is quite busy, you will pickup on that once you go there in person, if that's not something you are comfortable with feel free to spend twice the amount elsewhere! A rental car for a couple weeks or even an entire month would have cost much less than the difference I was saving had I needed one so that's always an option as well for those with only one type of transportation. I haven't even gotten to the best part though, when I picked up my truck he informed me that rather than rebuild my current transmission with 188,000 miles he was able to source the same exact transmission with only 12k miles on it from a local parts yard. He also informed me that my driveshaft was bent where it meets the transmission and that was probably what caused the original failure. He then goes on to tell me that he installed a new OEM driveshaft that cost 800 dollars but didn't even charge me for it since he got a good deal on the replacement trans that was utilized. I seriously don't know how he could be more of an honest hard working mechanic than that! I have sent multiple friends and family members to this shop since and they have all had positive experiences, he even told one of them it's not worth it to try and fix when I'm guessing others would have just taken their money blindly. 62,000 miles on the replacement trans currently and not a single issue.”

“My favorite and go to place for car repairs. Kavika is my favorite person who will always greet his customers with a smile and genuine conversation. I can't recommend this place enough for their warmth and care for your car. I don't get the feeling that they're trying to exploit my lack of knowledge and sometimes would even advice on me on the most cost effective ways to have my car fixed. I recommend that you support local business and support this award winning mechanic.”
