“I was blown away by the customer service provided. Came in as a first time customer and had them check someone else's work on my Jaguar. In the first 5 minutes of speaking with Cody and the other guy at the front (sorry I forgot name), l was pleasantly surprised that they offered a shuttle and when it came time to repair, they actually took the time to explain what was happening to me in a language I could understand. Other shops have treated me like a dollar sign, just telling me what they think my car needs. These folks explained it to me without rushing, answered questions, and just treated me with patience and kindness that I haven't received other places. Even showed me a video of the problem, which I really appreciated. Excellent customer service!”

“I very highly recommend Certified Transmission Differential. I have a 2005 Grand Cherokee Jeep that began making noises from the rear differential area. The grinding noise became so noticeable and concerning that I had it towed to Windward Jeep dealership. The vehicle stayed there for 5 weeks, a estimated repair bill of approximately 7 thousand was provided to me, however I was told the repairs could not be made as the Jeep parts distribution could not provide the necessary parts. The exact problem that needed repair could not be provided to me, and I subsequently had the vehicle towed again, with a 1000 dollar diagnostic bill and no repairs. I towed my vehicle to Certified Transmission and met with Tracy. Within a matter of 3 days Tracy had diagnosed the problem and repaired it for 477 dollars. Tracy displayed a tremendous amount of knowledge and skill, and professionalism. An honest broker for sure!”

Unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience during one visit where I was spoken to rudely, charged $200 for a diagnostic without receiving a report, and even found my car left unlocked outside. At the time, I left a negative review because I was disrespected and unsettled by that treatment.

“Neil is a very knowledgeable and helpful mechanic. I took my Tacoma in early this morning for my transmission and he was very patient. Got into my truck did a few tests and recommended some OEM parts to get so he can work on it. He also pointed out some other things that needs to be fixed soon (not transmission related).
