“I inherited a car that probably wasn't driven for over a year. I needed to have it checked out and serviced so that I would feel confident driving it around. From the time I got there, I received good service. I was early but one of the workers was there and checked my car in so I wouldn't have to wait around.They called me when they were done checking it out to see what I wanted to have done. They were very informative and I never felt pressured to do anything. They are very accommodating and knowledgeable. The car was done by midday, sooner than I expected for all the work done. The shop is probably the cleanest auto repair shop I've seen. I must've spoke with four different employees and all were polite and helpful.For the type of work they do and the cars they work on, I feel you get your money's worth. I definitely trust them more than a dealer!”

“Great People really do the job well. I was recommend to come her by my sister for safety checks as she goes no where else but here for the speed and ease of service. When it comes to safety checks that is all the people want, speed and ease of service. I got tired of waiting around at other places so I have this place a shot one time for a safety. I went on a random weekday during the afternoon and it was not too busy at there were just a couple of cars ahead. I waited in line on the side of the main road. I estimated that each car only took about 10 minutes. When it was my turn I was surprised how fast and convenient the service was. I waited in my car, did all of the instructions, got new paperwork and sticker and was escorted back out on the main road. Will definitely come here for future safety checks!! The customer service is good, the location is not too bad in town, and there is only one man doing the whole thing.”

“I came in to get my tint changed since coming from Texas it was too dark. Although I was annoyed at the situation, TintPro made it easy. They were super friendly and able to fit me in the same day. They even have a warranty on their tint so if something happens they'll fix it. I'd definitely recommend.”

“this location was hella good to my VW tiguan!! I needed an oil change not only did they do that and my car drives smooth again, but they also deep cleaned the sh*** out that thang. Vacuumed the seats and ground so no more sand, and all da windows are sparkling. And ofc i'm just a girl so my windshield wipers needed fluid so they top off all the fluids as well during the service ! Sis working up front was kind to me & my keiki and updated us with all the info (& a good spot for cheap tires). I was nervous cuz usually car place try rip off young females but this def got the job done! (PS if you look online they usually get coupons too) very fast car service”

“Several years ago, I tried this place after another auto a/c repair shop kept charging me for a problem they couldn't fix. These guys handled the repair just fine and my older car (2011 Rogue) gave me several years of perfect a/c. Fast forward to now... After getting some engine work done at a mechanic a few weeks ago I noticed that my a/c was fading. It eventually stopped blowing cold and the mechanic said it wasn't his fault. So, I brought it to Cool Tech again and they got my system running cold with some great advice and options along with foresight on what I should expect based on their experience with other cars of my model. Great customer service, speedy service and technical knowledge. I really appreciated this because I use my car daily for work. I fully recommend Cool Tech, especially if other places can't get it right.”

“While visiting for 3 weeks in Oahu, I came across Mooneyes Hawaii and had to go.Been to the SoCal location and now have been to the Kaimuki location. Great t-shirts and everything Mooneyes. Bought a few Hot Wheels, a tank top, Rat Fink license plate bolts and stickers. The owner, Tad, is super friendly and treats you like family. Lots of Mooneyes history in this store. He said the only Mooneyes store left is the one in Japan and it's two stories. If you're in Oahu and you're a car guy or gal, stop by.”

“Came into this place to get a new audio system, and *possibly* see if they could help us out with my headlight. My fiancé is a mechanic, but isn’t familiar with the electrical aspect of working on cars. We found out the headlight was most likely an electrical problem.As soon as I pulled up, they already had someone under my hood trying to diagnose my headlight issue. Called back two hours later with a, temporary fix that we’re more than happy with. (I own an audi that can be tricky to work on and expensive to buy parts for, especially new headlights)The audi car shop we had previously taken the car to had two working days with the car and couldn’t give us a solution that wouldn’t cost thousands. This place solved our problem in less than two hours for only labor costs.Totally recommend this place to anyone.”

“I had issues with my 2013 Toyota Tacoma air conditioning was blowing warm air. Took it to the dealership to get an estimate and was extremely high! Got a second opinion and estimate from Mike and his staff and was diagnosed with the same problem. The best thing was Mike's repair would save me much more money then I was expected to pay.He was accurate and disclosed the cost which would not be cheap but much more cheaper than if I took it to another professional in his field. He also was quick and efficient to complete the work task by the end of the day, and waited for me since I finished work later then the time he usually closes.I really give Mike's A/C auto repair a 5 stars for Quality work, and value for your buck, when every penny counts to make ends meet!
