He even took me in to his shop where he had my car on the lift rack and took the time to go over everything that needed attention. What shop does that?? None. I expected the bill to be higher for the time spent. He's a one man shop that pays attention to detail and takes pride in his work. He fixed improperly installed brake lines on both sides, fixed a broken boot shooting grease everwhere, cleaned the grease and the rims up, changed my spark plugs and wires, changed my oil to Royal Purple and check my oil for metal shavings, inspected hoses and belts, cleaned up a dead rat on my intake, noticed the differential has been swapped out. Then gave me my car back clean and dust free. Its not just a job to him its his lifelong passion and profession. I don't see myself bringing my cars anywhere else on Island. They were friendly and professional. They were able to schedule me an appointment same day. When I came back in, I was in and out in about 45 minutes. They removed the old tint and installed a new set on the front driver and passenger windows. Upgraded to the ceramic tint and paid $210. Said it comes with a lifetime warranty. Passed the state inspection and I’m happy with the tint so far.”

“TLDR; Great business that cares about you and your car :) thorough, efficient, up front about costs, and friendly. Definitely recommend! I know nothing about cars but my on-hand mechanic (thanks Dad) urged me to have my car professionally checked after we failed to jumpstart my car battery. We bought a new battery that worked fine but he wanted to be sure it wasn't a starter issue. I used Yelp's project feature to search for an auto mechanic that would be able to help with my problem, not expecting a response until Monday. Neue Auto was the first to respond, quickly at that, and on a Sunday! They were up front with a very reasonable diagnostic fee, which could be applied to any work done. They offered an appointment as early as 9:15am the next day but due to work, I asked if I could drop it off in the afternoon instead and if it would be ok to leave overnight. They were very accommodating, so I took my car there at 2:30pm Monday. After describing in detail why I was there, they kindly explained that it sounded like it was most likely a battery issue that seemed to be resolved and asked if I wanted to proceed with diagnostics. I appreciated them trying to save me the trouble and cost, but I was already there so I left my car. The next day, I received an update in the morning that the battery was fine and there were no issues with the starter. Phew! They do a courtesy check of the entire car and informed me of a few issues, which is to be expected because the car is 12 years old and almost at 200,000 miles. They didn't make me feel pressured to do the repairs, just made me aware of which were priority and offered an estimate. I needed my car ASAP so I declined, but had I chose to go on with repairs they already had parts and would be able to hold the car one more day. I appreciate the great service for what was my own little emergency. Would definitely seek them out again!”
