I bought shorts their June 21, 2025. Then went to the Ala Moana location and spent another (over)$100.
I back to Kalihi to exchange 2 shorts to a larger size. Manager Alicia did not honor the exchange because I pulled the tags on both shorts the you have 15 days to return .
Alicia wouldn’t allow me to exchange the 2 shorts (brand new) because it exceeded the 15 days return policy. After spending 15 minutes on the phone with her, I let her now I’m just asking for a larger size- and not asking for money back. Bad customer service, from now on I’ll spend my money at the Ala Moana store and not at Kalihi location. I’m so disappointed (and I had my receipt to prove the purchase). No more shopping there at Kalihi location.

On April 28th I purchased 2 dickies pants. Which was about $100. $50 a pant. It is good quality. But when I went on May 11th which was within 2 weeks to return one of the pants I was unable to. So I went to look at what other pants they had and look at the different sizes. And the lady working on Sunday May 11th had accused me of swapping the pants I came in with out for a different size. Very poor customer service. Was unkind the entire time. And accusing me of stealing and swapping out my pants. Me and my other half both said we did not swap and pants out and to check the cameras. On April 28th Monday the male worker was very kind and helpful. He was a great worker.

Great customer service. I just went recently and they treated me really good, made me a bit more comfortable with ordering shirts. Overall this is a very great store and I recommend.

Great little store. It's nice to go to a place that has my size. Unlike a lot of the big stores here. The staff was helpful. I will definitely be back.

Excellent and attentive customer service. I only go for pro clubs and the occasional hat and those items specifically were reasonably priced.

UIC Outlet is the perfect place especially if you are looking for bigger men's clothing. There are three locations on the island and all have amazing stylish clothes for men. Lots of parking on the backside of the shop, very clean with lots of clothes, hats, sunglasses, jewelry and those all popular Pro Club shirts and much more. Their sizes go up to 10X shirts and size 70 for pants. I don't think you can find those sizes anywhere else on the island. Their customer services is and they are very nice. The aunty at this location helped me search for a size 60X30 pants and when we could not find the size I needed she call their other location to see if they had the size I needed. I am so glad I found this shop. I know I will be shopping here a lot.

First of all the sales woman was very friendly, and she helped us find what we needed.The prices here are a bit HIGH/PRICEY.??-BUT- This is the only place where I can find Tall T's, and long enough cargo shorts for my Tall brother's. So spending ? here is worth it. Instead of ordering and waiting for it to come to my home.The store is nice, but the place looks like a " hoarders paradise." I mean that it in a nice way. There are boxes stacked high when you walk in. I'm almost afraid there might be a avalanche of boxes one day. There is not much space to walk around, so having the sales woman assist you to find things...it's a MUST!! It is extremely HOT ? in there if they don't turn on the AC. So maybe go there in the morning.I can only comment that the sales woman was very friendly, helpful, and I got what I needed there.The store is located in Kalihi, across of the fire station. Parking is in the back of the store.This place is definitely NOT wheelchair accessible. So please have someone go shopping for you, if you are wheelchair bound. (Sorry ?)
