Great customer service, from the initial call for a quote and details how UPack works to the relo-cube arrival at the other end, unpacking it and final bill. All of their associates were friendly, helpful and professional!

Most useless company on the Island. Complete disregard of customer service. They won't even take the time to pick up the phone and call the building that you are moving into to make arrangements regarding parking. If you want a company that just sites policies for their lack of customer service this is your company. Use PODS and spend a little more for the services that you paid for. Otherwise be prepared to rent a U-HAUL, unpack the containers, load them on the truck, move it to your property and unload it.

So far, I am UNIMPRESSED with UPACK.
First of all, I watched all the videos and read the ‘ reviews’ and it all sounded GREAT!!!! Yup, let’s book it. 1-2 cubes for a 1 BDRM house. Ok no problem. Book 2. I needed 3 😐
Ok ok no problem. Used the referral of the “movers” they recommended. Nope. I saw them shoving my couch like it was about to break. 😳
Then, they told me it was full, nothing else could fit…..WELL, come to find out, there were plenty open spaces, that could have fit a lot more. I packed efficiently.
Now to the arrival. 🤦🏼♀️ well in Hawaii, they won’t deliver the pods to your home. You have to pay ANOTHER mover to UNLOAD YOUR THINGS, RELOAD TO ANOTHER TRUCK, and take to your home!!!! 😳🤦🏼♀️ So, they will drop an empty pod at your home in Hawaii, but they won’t drop a full one, make that make sense, PLEASE. The costs are WAY MORE than what you would think, so Triple or Quadruple them before you book a Upack!!!!!

Great customer service. They were able to offer a more competitive rate than PODs. The booking was easy. We packed everything ourselves and our relocube made it from NC to Honolulu with no problems. Everything was in good shape. Large loading area in Honolulu since they couldn’t deliver it door to door (driveway too steep). Very easy for professional movers to arrive and unload the pod. I would recommend this company to any one.

I used U-Pack to move my stuff from New York to Honolulu and I gotta say i'm so impressed by how easy everything was. Last time I used U-haul and it was an absolute mess. With U-pack the delivery driver came on time and quickly both for the pick up and drop off, and my stuff made it out to the island in 3 weeks (just like they promised) which is pretty fast. Would highly recommend!

My family hired U-Pack for our move from Portland Oregon to Honolulu Hawaii. We sourced quotes from several companies, and found that U-Pack had the best rates and the best transit times. Scheduling was easy, and pickup and delivery times were very flexible which we appreciated very much! Quoted price and transit times were accurate. A++ highly recommend!

My friend and I needed help with our move from HI to WA state and we chose Upack to take half of our belongings because they promised quicker shipping than Royal Hawaiian (through Premier Van Lines (PVL)). What a mistake! I really wish we'd gone with PVL for all our shipping instead of only the second half of it leaving Hawaii. PVL were the ones that initially moved us out to Hawaii, as well.
It was very difficult with Upack starting with the rush to get our stuff in the box for a short loading window. Then our stuff proceeded to sit on Oahu for a month! Meanwhile, the app all along said our shipment was on track and scheduled to be delivered by the date that had been initially promised. My friend, after a very harrowing trip moving out of Hawaii, was in the process of hiring movers to help her get our stuff in Tacoma, when we were told the shipment had not even left Oahu. With the extreme temps all over, my friend worried her laptop that was packed in the cube would be completely dead by the time it arrived. The shipment arrived more than three weeks late. All the while, the app said it was going to arrive on time, on the original date promised. My friend was even treated very poorly at the office where she picked it up, being ignored while the staff kept taking sales calls.
PVL did the rest of our shipping, saving us time and money, even packing our stuff for us. Apparently, the cubes Upack uses are not often used in shipping and items can more easily become damaged- a lot of boats don’t want to take them. Some of our items were indeed damaged by mold. The only saving grace was that after that whole ordeal, they did give us credit for having to buy basic living items for those three weeks. Because of that , we decided to give three stars rather than one.

We chose Upack to move half of our belongings from Maui to Washington because they promised us a quicker shipping than Royal Hawaiian, who we used to move there and for the other half. We had to rush to haul everything to the shipping center for a very short loading window. Then they shipped the crate to Oahu and it sat there for a month. The app continuously confirmed the date we had been promised. When I was hiring help to load it into a truck in Tacoma was when I found out that my computer and everything else had just been baking in a lot for all that time. The app was never accurate. The items ended up being over 3 weeks late. Then, when I could finally go get my things, the folks in the office just ignored me and left me waiting while taking sales calls. Royal Hawaiian saves you a lot of money by picking things up and delivering them. Apparently the cubes Upack uses are not often used in shipping and boats don’t want to take them. They did give us credit for having to buy a bed and basic living items for those three weeks. So that’s why I didn’t give them one star.

Moved from Maui to California. U-Pack staff were always helpful from actually answering phone calls to great communication of the process. The folks at Express Trucking on Maui were great to work with. I called to schedule drop off at California location and they delivered it the same day. We unloaded it and they picked it up the same day. I will recommend to everyone!
