Customer service was extremely poor. We were pointed in the direction of pick up only to get yelled at by an employee not to park in that area. The staff is super unorganized, bad environment to be in. I would not recommend this company to anyone & we will not be returning.

Very bad customer service. Was called on a Saturday at 9pm saying my pallet was ready for pickup after it arrived a couple of days prior and saying the last free day for pickup was the next day, Sunday. So I was given one day's notice saying it was ready for pickup before we were to be charged a storage fee even though they had my pallet for a couple of days already. I called in asking if they could waive the fee because I was given one day's notice saying our pallet was ready before we were to be charged a storage fee and the representative on the phone said "it's not their responsibility to let us know when our pallet is ready for pickup" and said they will not waive the fee. Unfortunate experience dealing with United Air Cargo and we won't be shipping with them again unfortunately.

I would suggest going with Delta or American shipping. Service was subpar, the lobby las full as were the clerks, but nobody was serviced for at least 25 min.

If I could give negative stars, I'd give -10 stars to this place. if you think going after 4pm is safe, it's not, especially here! it's so unprofessional that we're waiting in line with only 1 agent behind the counter, and there's multiple agents outside SMOKING! how rude! And when I finally leave, after being there for hours, they're still outside smoking or they run back outside to smoke. Never in my life have I seen a company allow this. I would not recommend to anybody, not even to my dog!!!

Probably the worst drop off system I’ve scene. Unless you know exactly where to go and who to talk to you will be lost. Lousy customer service all around…… watched their forklift driver nearly dump my stuff and instead of wrapping the pallet they just kept going

United cargo damaged my personal tool box then said it would take 60-90 to reimburse me. It didn't take 60-90 to damage my box why should I wait to get compensated.

Every day I come here, theres a new rule that contradicts yesterday's rules. The absolute lack of sensible consistency is enough to drive anyone nukin futs. And for Christ sake, get your dang number ticket system back on order.. tired of this every man for himself crap. Tired of being cut in front of my place in line. And the worst of it is that all of the staff just keeps letting all of the Bs continue. Oh, and never mind we actually answer the god damn phone when customers call.

Unwelcoming staff. Stood there like an idiot for at least 15 mins until I was helped. Mind you, no one was before me or after me. Was told they would give me a call because customs has not approved box yet. Next day I get a call and I sped off to their office. Stood in line like an idiot again, until one of the staff members asked a another staff, who was wandering around, to assist me. She takes my box number, comes back and tell me to leave my name because custom hasn't approved yet. I almost lost it. Now irritated, I told her, "YOU GUYS CALLED ME AND TOLD ME MY BOX WAS READY!" Another staff, "We called you?" Me: "YESSSSSS!" They take another look in their system and whaddaya know, box was ready. Unprofessional!
