You would think that the drivers would have some consideration and not block Waikolu street in waikiki because it’s too far to push the little loads of laundry that they pick up or use common sense cause they also block exits and entries to driveways there with no con cern whatsoever.

One of your drivers knocked over my parked moped with their truck and totaled it. They parked behind it less than 30 minutes prior to hitting it, so they knew it was there. Now I have no form of transportation because someone operating a large truck wasn’t paying attention - thankfully my life is just seriously disrupted instead of ended by this.

In a world of lackluster service, this company ROCKS. My wife, daughter and I just spent a few days at a resort on Oahu. My daughter has a very special blanket that she's had since she was born. She left it on our bed, and the resort room service hauled it away with the sheets. We were mortified. It was 9PM at night before we noticed. I called the emergency line for United Laundry Services. A woman answered, and she asked me if I worked for the resort. I told her the resort gave me her number. She was surprised, but nice and very professional. She took the details and told me they'd do their best to find the blanket before it got bleached or washed. Right away the next morning I called again, because I'm used to nobody doing what they say they'll do. To my pleasant shock, the guy who answered was like, "Yes we know about the blanket and we're all on high alert to find it. You called last night right? You talked to our president and CEO." Are you kidding me? She didn't even tell me who she was. Fast forward to 10AM -- They called and told me they'd found my daughter's baby blanket. We were able to pick it up on our way to the airport. So a huge thank you to United Laundry Services! They cared about this more than our resort did, and it wasn't even their fault. What a humble and kind CEO! I wish all companies treated customers like this.
