Spoke to someone this evening concerning a worker not returning an item from Amazon correctly and the guy I spoke to was extremely rude. He made it seem like it was my fault that I did not present the Amazon return QR code to the worker WHICH I did. Now I have an item that is supposed to be returned to Amazon that is now lost. I don’t leave reviews, but this guy was so unprofessional and no help.

I asked for my fragile package to be bubble wrapped and offered to pay extra. The clerk ignored this request—no bubble wrap, no fragile stickers. The item arrived shattered. UPS now refuses to refund me, citing packaging standards, even though the employee failed to inform me of any requirements or limitations. Other UPS locations have wrapped items for me, so I reasonably expected the same here. Instead, I'm left with $140 in damages due to their negligence. Extremely disappointing service. I will never use UPS—or this location—again.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. Completely disorganized unprofessional doesn’t know how to manage a line or Appointments. Come here if you want your notarized document to be stamped in the wrong space as well.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This UPS Store completely lost my package and then had the audacity to act like I never even dropped it off.
On January 18th at 5:00 PM, I delivered two separate packages for my customers—each with different tracking numbers, different labels, and different addresses. The employee scanned both, gave me a receipt, and I trusted them to do their job.
Fast forward to January 22nd, when I went back to the store because one of the packages never moved in tracking. The manager looked at my receipt and immediately tried to blame me, saying I must have printed the same label twice—which was absolutely not true. I printed two different labels for two different customers. Their employee scanned both packages under the same tracking number, completely erasing one from the system.
So what did they do? Nothing. No apology, no effort to help, no accountability—just shrugging it off like it wasn’t their problem. They even tried to gaslight me, claiming I never even gave them the package, despite the fact that their own receipt proves they received two separate boxes albeit with their mistake of two identical tracking numbers.
At the end of the day, my package was gone, my customer was left waiting, and UPS refused to do anything to fix their mistake. I was treated like I didn’t matter, blown off like my problem was inconvenient to them.
If you care about your shipments, your business, or basic customer service, do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs. I’m never coming back, and I’d warn anyone else to stay away too.
And don’t bother responding with a fake apology about like how I see in other bad reviews about how you “strive for excellent service.” When I was standing in front of you, you didn’t care at all. It was like you and your staff were offended I even came.

On December 22, I paid a lot of money to UPS to send a package to an address in Chicago. At the time of purchase, UPS did not disclose that a signature would be required for delivery. I was under the impression that the package would be left in the recipient’s mailbox or at their doorstep if no one was available.
Due to the undisclosed requirement for a signature, the package could not be delivered, and it is now being returned to me. This failure to disclose key terms of the service constitutes a significant failure on UPS’s part to deliver the service as agreed.
I have contacted UPS multiple times to request a refund, but they have refused to issue one, despite their responsibility for the delivery issue.
I kindly request that you initiate a chargeback for this transaction due to the merchant’s failure to provide the agreed-upon service. I have attached the following documentation for your review

had a very disappointing experience with Reed Kodama regarding a $170 package I shipped that was never delivered. When I contacted him for assistance, he was unhelpful and failed to provide any resolution. On top of that, when I asked to escalate the issue to a supervisor, he claimed he didn’t have one, which felt dismissive and unprofessional.
We paid a significant amount for a service that wasn’t fulfilled, and the lack of accountability and support made the situation even worse. I hope better training is provided to ensure customers receive the assistance they need in the future.

Location is close to shopping around the area in general, not just at the Navy exchange mall Pearl Harbor Hawaii. If you're trying to figure out how to pack all your souvenirs from Hawaii - worry no more. just ship downstairs on the first floor of the Pearl Harbor Navy Exchange Mall/Commissary.
