This place is absolutely terrible. The employees working here have no idea how to do their job. I came to return an Amazon package and wasted an entire hour just for them to “confirm” the exact information I had already told them from the beginning. Completely unprofessional and a waste of time. I would not recommend coming here at all. Management really needs to take a serious look at their staff, because they clearly have no clue what they are doing.

I went here a couple days ago. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Nori helped me prepare my package and explained the shipping options. The space was organized and clean too. This is my new go-to UPS store.

Avoid this location at all Costs, overpriced on every service you could want.
Do yourself a favour and head to the kapahulu location for superior customer service and significantly better pricing for the same services.
Shame to see greed driving a poor customer experience here.

I had a great experience at this UPS Store today. The two staff members were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my visit. At one point, one of them was unsure if she could fulfill part of my request, but the second staff member quickly stepped in. She carefully listened to what I needed and was open to letting me show her exactly what needed to be done on the copy machine. That kind of teamwork and willingness to help really stood out.
I had PDF documents emailed to the store for printing and needed copies made. Everything was handled efficiently, and the pricing was fair—comparable to other local businesses. I truly appreciated their professionalism and customer care. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing printing or shipping services!

I wish I read the reviews. Charged $1 just to tape a small package closed 😂 Extremely rude for no reason. Lady said “if you don’t like it you could bring your own tape” I had the shipping label and item prepared in advance, just had to drop off to the location. old lady immediately got combative when I questioned why she was asking for one dollar? Weird people. Don’t go here

Obscure location located on the outdoor, second floor of Palama Market in Honolulu. The address on Google Maps is correct but beware as parking is tight and the lanes, stalls are narrow. It isnt impossible to get in or out but requires patience. The main road is very busy so again, drive with caution.

UPS itself was easy to find with the posted signage. Separate entrance and exit doors. 4 registers and 1 staff member behind each one when I went to do business. Staff were friendly and quick.
The posted shipping and office supplies in the store are relatively inexpensive.

Overall positive experience and if I can brave the stairs again Ill be back.

Here is my issue. Why does it cost $3 for a service fee to print a label and then another $0.50 for paper . Most UPS places do it for $1 which I think is acceptable. What makes this worse is they will ask you to pay to print, then scan the printed paper to print a sticky label... You could have scanned my phone to print the same sticky label . I now see why it's 2.5 stars but when you're time bound and this is the closest...

I don’t really understand all the negative reviews here but I’ve been using this UPS store for years, mostly to return Amazon packages, and everyone has always been friendly and super efficient.. The parking lot is always busy, but that’s par for the course.

Fast, efficient, friendly. They are happy to help you within reason, but don't forget that materials cost money and they're not going to give away everything for free. I'll continue using this location as my local UPS store.

The first service where they charged me for the sticker and its printing. The official version sounded like this: different ups have different rules. I will use this shipping point again - definitely not! I will recommend this shipping point to my friends - definitely not!
