Stephen was helpful with figuring out my Amazon return. Even answered my printing/scanning questions even I didn't go through UPS. I would give 6 stars if this UPS store also happen to recycle Amazon boxes. They play great music while you're waiting in line.

I came here last night to make a return with QR code. The staff here were very nice and helpful. They weighed my package, scanned the QR code, and gave me a receipt within a minute or so of me arriving. I even managed to get lucky since the UPS driver just pulled up to pick up the packages.
Overall, the store is very nice. It's cool and has air conditioning. There are Apple facilities to print, scan, or ship out your packages. They also have a variety of mailboxes to choose from for either business or personal needs. They do also take passport photos.
Overall, I'm very happy with my experience in the store and would definitely recommend stopping in if you have any shipping needs.

I’ve never had a complaint here, coming here for years for Amazon returns, shipments and notary services. On the last point I wanted to mention that unlike the past few reviews I found you do not need a reservation anymore. I called up and learnt I can walk in any time from 9am-5pm. Was quite a value too at just $5 per signature notarized.

This location has always been good to me, so I prefer using it for all of my UPS needs. Additionally, it's very close to my home, and I don't have to walk up a flight of stairs (I'm disabled) the way I am required to do at the location closest to my work.

I absolutely love this location. The staff is always friendly and they help me so much with all my shipping and printing projects. I've printed out pamphlets, punch cards, and booklets here. They also do a great job with Amazon returns.

I probably won’t go again due to customer service. The guy was condescending and rude. When you don’t feel welcomed at a business, you take it somewhere else.

The staff (the women anyways) are rude and so comfortable in their jobs and what they think they know they act superior to everyone. Its like they're all Stalins daughters. However every guy that works there is amazing. They remember the customers who come in frequently and treat them well. They actually have customer service skills. Have no idea how those girls gor hired unless its some sort of nepotism deal like all over Hawaii. Just pray you get one of the guys and you'll give the place 5 stars.

Services I've used: Packing, shipping, buying printer paper, Notary services, and lots of Amazon returns (on behalf of my daughter): I have had only positive interactions and anticipate the high level of service will continue.
