I have used USPS all over the country in multiple US states and this is by far the worst one I have ever used. Low stocked free rate shipping boxes, the only usps that has ever made me PAY for tape, horrible customer service, and an inconvenient location. I’ve been a loyal USPS customer since I was 15 years old and this is the first one that has made me consider switching to UPS or fedex for my shipping needs. My friend sent me a picture of the package I just shipped and the box is all busted up. Horrible experience, don’t use this location.

Stood in line for twenty minutes. There was only one counter worker. While I was standing in line another worker past by and notice that I had parcel in my hands. She looked at it and told me the they couldn't ship it. The Amazon label had a letter on it to designate that contained a battery. She said I should contact Amazon I thanked her and left the long line.

Update 10-25-25. My husband wanted to go early to mail he's package back to Amazon. He was 3 deep in line at 9:15 am or so and I was wondering how cone the line wasnt moving. Well you know how the postal service works 1 service representative doing everything. Checking the packages, boxes, giving out stamps and getting people's packages. Well a representative came and told my husband he's hads to contact Amazon because it enclosed is a lithium battery for he's radio. So got out of line and left. He didn't know about the battery if he did then we wouldn't have gone.

problems again with them.
waited 1 and a half year for my parcel. it still hasn't arrive. the local post office was not able to resolve the problem. the customer affairs office refuse to take responsibility nor cooperate with me. they acted rude and disrespectful towards me! calling the toll free number just routes me in circles. unless i take legal action they won't take accountability.
Worst business in my entire life. Always un denial. Always rude towards me. Always loose my mail. Always give me b.s. run around. Always make false excuses. Always damage parcels. Always get out of paying for loss/ damage mail. Always very sassy on the phone. Always falsify tracking info claiming package delivered when it has not been. Always making excuses. Always evading the facts of their wrong doing. Always denying their wrongful actions. Etc.etc.

Disgusting workers with disgusting attitudes, especially the lady with the Labubu badge reel. She started giggling after she told me she couldn’t help me. Absolutely bizarre behavior, please reevaluate yourselves.

Believe the negative comments. I was trying to give them a chance. They are just negative and money hungry. The worker that we went with smelled like he showered in cologne. It was so strong my asthma couldn't take it.

I love the convenient after hours of it being open for the working class. I usually can't make it to any post office but this location closes later at 8pm on weekdays! New discovery of this location has made it possible to get boxes out if need be. Service is great too, they are quick and friendly. There is a nice breeze sometimes too while waiting in line. :)

Fairly quick customer service and this is the best location to drop off parcels leaving the state because it's nearest to the airport and arrives to its destination much faster than any other locations in my opinion. 👍🏽

Customer service at front desk is helpful but my box got scanned in but hasn't left the office and yet I'm being told it there on premises but no one can find it. I guarantee someone who works back of house is having a great time with my items. The usps has become unreliable for anything anymore! I can't get answers, my box has been missing for almost 2 months and it was scanned into this office feb 18th and it's now march 21. I am beyond frustrated!

Jaysen gave the best service I’ve ever had from a post office also went above and beyond for me when helping with my stressful situation, Using humor with professionalism to help deflate the stress aswell was really good. If I had my own company, I’d definitely hire her as a representative.

Good service, nice staff, very convenient! So far, it has been reliable. The staff works hard to process many customers everyday day. The self service kiosks work well. If you miss the open hours, your deposited mail will still be picked up from the post office mail boxes at 8 pm daily, except for Sundays.

Postal services in Honolulu, Hawaii... Since I was in the airport area, I took my packages to this US Post Office. It's spacious, clean, and efficient! The parking lot is free and there are many spaces! They even have convenient drop boxes so customers don't have to get out of their vehicles to mail a small item such as a greetingcard!! If you go straight inside, there are several workers who will assist you. If you go to the right, there's a Self-service area for those who like to do it themselves. I liked the variety of boxes and envelopes available that were free of charge! I'm gonna use those next time - instead of buying envelopes! Lesson learned! I really liked this post office! There was no line and it seemed calmer than other locations!
