“It was so easy to set up an appointment. The day before I just went online, picked the open date and time. Picked from the menu choices what I wanted them to work on. Then just like that I was scheduled. Most of the time, I usually have to wait a month for an opening at other dealerships.
When I got there, it was very convenient, a person was waiting outside and told me where to put my car. It wasn’t confusing at all, unlike other dealerships.

“Serve Auto Group did an estimate in the afternoon after I called them in the morning for body work and painting on two vehicles. This was personal, and not insurance work. I also called four other businesses before reaching Serve Auto Group. One never replied to their website email. One said they are only taking insurance work. One said they could do the estimates in three weeks, and the work three to four weeks after. And the last one said they could do the estimate within a week, and the work three to four weeks after.Serve Auto Group worked on repairing a bad scrape plus other deep scratches on the fender of my car. The car was ready to pick up within 3.5 business days. They also worked on repairing a scrape on the fender of my van. The van was ready to pick up within 1.5 business days. They answered my calls and texts promptly and with courtesy. I am very happy with the results and with the service they provided. It is a relief to have both vehicles looking good again with all of the work finished within 5 business days.They get a lot done from their location on Homerule Street. Just picked up my car from Alex at Platinum Auto Detailing and I'm blown away! Went for the ceramic coating package for my 2023 Sapphire Blue Subaru BRZ and can't stop staring at my car.
Alex's team was quick but super thorough. They use only Adam's products (the good stuff!) and the results are insane - my car looks better than showroom new!
The ceramic coating gives this crazy glass-like finish and water just beads right off. Every inch of my car got the VIP treatment.
Bonus: They're the official Adam's products dealer in Hawaii! I'm a weekend warrior detailer myself, so I grabbed some maintenance products while there. Alex even gave me tips on keeping the coating perfect between visits.

“I had a loose panel in my right rear of my Sonata so McCully Union sent me to AutoBiz. I didn't get the name of the guy who helped me but he was great. He came out right away, looked at my panel, adjusted it, and buffed away the scuff marks. Did it in 15 minutes and I won't tell you what he charged me but it was less than lunch. For body work, I would come here again without thinking twice. Highly recommend.”
“I bought a 2005 Honda CRV LX from them back in 2017. The car is still running like a dream.I waited to write this review so I could be as objective as possible, but I would definitely buy from them again. First, they let me go to Midas to get a full inspection prior to purchasing the car. Midas was very up front with their suggestions, and deemed it to be a good car, and they were right.Over the years I have had to replace some things: the starter, battery, AC/DC condenser, serpentine belt, suspension, headlight cover (100% my fault), but overall it has been treating me quite well and I anticipate I will be able to keep it for years to come.I made a special effort to post this because I would like to thank Sam for his integrity.”

I bought my 2016 Mazda MX-5 more than one year ago and it has been a delight. Excellent was the only dealer where I could find a car like I wanted. I dealt mostly with the Owner, Daley, but also with other staff. All were helpful. My car came with new tires and battery and I won't need to put money into it for some time. “4 Wheel Auto sold us a later model utility body pickup. I asked Mark to help with the titling. There were some hiccups due to the NEW agent the DMV had working on it. Mark was flexible and responded fast when we hit the challenges. He was apologetic and his assistant worked hard to help us get the title, safety check, etc. Later it came out that the new employee forgot to charge us the weight tax and Mark immediately agreed to pay that as well. Overall a good experience - I would work with 4 wheel auto again if they had what I need at the right price.”
