Not happy with this post office. May 2024, I was expecting a refund check from a warranty claim. Post office said it was delivered, but never found. 7-5-2025, ordered something online and post office says it was delivered that day but again no where to be found. I have never ever had any mail delivery issues until moving into my area and now I have had 2 mail deliveries either not delivered or stolen in the pst 15 months. Funny that both incidents happened when the normal delivery guy didn't deliver and it was someone that was covering for the normal guy that was not familiar with the area. I don't think my upstairs took it but can't be for sure or if someone just randomly stop by and took it, I highly doubt that, but possible. Kalihi post office needs to be investigated as I really question their integrity.if I catch someone stealing, your gonna get a cracking.

I went here on a weekday afternoon about 25 minutes before closing, three people in front of me in line, two employees : I was in and out, having posted my package and bought stamps within five minutes. Good experience.

2 workers interacted with were EXTREMELY RUDE AND NEED TO BE FIRED. THEY HAD NO IDEA WHAT THE PO BOX PRICES WERE AND ONLY APPEAR TO BE ACTUALLY HELPFUL TOWARD WOMEN. THEY WORK FOR THE PUBLIC AND SEEM TO HAVE FORGOTTEN THAT. UPDATE YOUR PRICES AND SIGNAGE NOW!
IF ITS TOO HOT GET OUT OF THE KITCHEN.

Numerous times the carrier for USPS shows up with a letter that requires a signature and does not knock on the door just leaves a notice in mailbox. You know what the letter could be? No. No you don’t!!! I hope some of you inept lazy do nothings take the early out and leave. Hope DOGE comes for you

This location is always buzzing!
People, staff, packages, animals. You name it and you'll provably experience it while you wait in the loooong lines. I swear everytime I come wait times are 20 minutes or more.
Short staffed, complex mailing issues, too many packages? No idea.
Space is small and cramped so lines wrap around the inside pretty quickly.
No quick ship option. PO boxes available. Limited supplies (boxes, tape, cards, etc) on the inside.
All I can say is youre better off trying to go to another location that has more efficient service and can get you serviced quicker. Don't waste your time waiting.

This lady here is very rude, her name is Sierra! Very bad customer service, very bad attitude, wait there for few minutes, she treat all other customers the same way. Don’t expect any service from this location.

Its always that one guy clerk that ruins my experience with this location. He won’t accept the drop off even if its just a over a few ounces than whats printed on the label. I had the same situation before and the other location had accepted it so what is his deal??

Weekend postal carriers stealing Amazon packages and saying they're not deliverable. Pressing the option in their app making it impossible for me to even locate them on island or even get a refund. No customer service actually given. Funny how he ( yes he, i saw and heard him at my neighbors door on the wrong side of the building, he then didnt make an effort and just simply pushed a button while walking away wt my package, i immediately got the notification and ran after him but he was already gone)
The fact that he chose the insufficient address form when multiple other packages have been delivered to my door by a very nice woman, but now the same information is insufficient?? Calling usps did literally nothing they said theyd contact the delivery driver immediately after i called to say that he lied. They said theyd call back with information, another lie. The next day the second package was automatically on hold. No attempt at delivery, nothing. 8am notification basically saying "We're just going to keep your stuff". I hope this review of detailing the inconvenience of incompetence is atleast slightly entertaining for you all. Give the woman who ACTUALLY Does Her Job a RAISE and fire the weekend boys who clearly can't read.

Whoever the person is that delivers in my area, needs to just quit and the company needs to find someone who actually knows what they are doing. Multiple packages within our condo missing or misplaced in different mailboxes. Do people know how to fricken read? And if there’s an issue finding where to put the packages, simply drop it off at the leasing office!! Common damn sense!!!

The clerks at the desk are REALLY nice. Like, I couldn't imagine being that nice if I had to deal with stupid customers 8 hours a day. I would get so sick of them.They are really, really overly nice for the amount of B.S. they have to put up with. Compared to the Post Office where I moved from (Queens, NY) they are super nice.

I’ve been calling regarding my package and I spoke to customer service and I was told to wait for supervisor to call me regarding my package that they can’t deliver bc it flag an unknown adress with their system . It’s been a week and still haven’t heard from the supervisor . CSR I spoke to was rude and very unprofessional. I left a voice message and when he returned my call , I answered hello and he said yes and I said who’s calling and he said I’m returning your call . I couldn’t believe how lousy he was . He did not introduce himself . How would I know he’s calling from the post office . It can be anybody I talk to a lot of people . And than top of that he verified my address on the package it’s correct . And I asked him how can it be an unknown adress when you just verified my address . He said he don’t know and he’ll have supervisor to call me. He also said if I wanted to come by and pick up from the post office and I stated no I can't and want my package redeliver bc k don’t drive . They carrier did not leave a ticket at the door or in the mail box for me to pick up . And now I’m trying to call and they’re not answering. How did usps hired these horrible people to represent their product. Customer service department? They obviously dont like their job .Okay the carriers don’t deliver the package bc of and unknown adress . (No ticket or slip left for me for pick up at the post office ) and customer service only deliver a wow poor and horrible service to the people over the phone .. just all WOW! A nasty bad WOW! I have a really bad experience with you folks on a simple matter . I’m not expecting you to be perfect but at least have some sense of urgency to return a call and be professional if your carrier didn’t deliver my package for whatever reason . Im thinking about calling the higher ups of USPS if I don’t hear from you folks by sometime next week .
