This is a real dump. It should have closed permanently in 2021. This isn't a real USPS so they have funny hours, no click N ship machine and most shockingly...only accept cash or CHECKS. Just avoid it and go to a real USPS if you must.

They take cash only. They pick up the mail 12pm. Love this post office. Very grateful it did not close.

Don't use their service in sending packages. It will take them 3 week to pass it to USPS. Go to Waikiki instead.

A great post office location. Convenient with lots of easy parking. Helpful staff, good supplies, and decent post office boxes. Baffling that they were going to shut this location down.

I have been waiting for two hours for crocs to be delivered to house and they somehow missed us and also put, no people at home, how did they know that. Then the next day I'm waiting out her for about 2 hours looking around for the package I've been waiting for, right now I'm still waiting for the package in the rain!

They are nice people but not very capable. They don't handle international shipping. It's like a post office in a tiny village.

No long lines. Fast and great customer service. Clean facility. All this during the Holiday Season! I've never been to a Post Office as good as this one. Just make sure you bring cash. There's a lot of cash machines at the Manoa Marketplace if you forget.

Simple access, nice and fast service. It's a small office with two tellers and it's cash only. But if you know this ahead of time, it's easy to access with plenty of parking right there.

Needed some stamps, to drop off some post cards. Thankfully found a post office by a poke spot. Guess what, cash only? WHAT???? No credit card transaction at a post office? Lame.

This US postal office is located in the Mānoa marketplace. It doesn't have all the services of a typical post office since this one is a contracted post office. It's very conveniently located, and not crowded. They do have PO Boxes located here as well. Unlike regular post offices, they do not have a automated machine to buy stamps, or ship packages and letters, So everything is done in person. They have two windows to service you. This post office in Mānoa was originally planned to be closed at the end of September, due to contract/rent issues, but with the help of local residents, neighborhood board, and our US representative Ed Case, a compromise was made so it will continue to stay open!

Lately this post office has felt like a safe place, with everyone inside properly masked and distanced. I used to bring my dogs in (I still would, but in pandemic times I'd rather come and go as quickly as possible), and it's nice to see that some people still bring theirs. There's also a post office dog hanging out in the back behind the counter. How WANderful! Only drawback to this place is you've got to pay by cash or check, not credit.

Nice people but in case you wanted to sent stuff back home such as Micronesia or Samoa. They don’t do international sendings.
