UPS Store (Kahala) Worst customer service ever. I cannot believe the level of attitude and lack of professionalism by Ryan and (manager) Stephen, who couldn’t be bothered to extend any customer service other than Ryan telling me I can’t get my packages back, and Stephen telling me I can get my packages back but that I won’t get a refund. I was overcharged and hung up on. Worst of the worst.

I don't have a printer and i just need to return a package I have been standing in line and they couldn't help she tells me to write the address on the package smh I'm like your right here can't you just input it for me she tells me she can't help me so she calls another customer like wtf this post office is a shit show.... Lazy workers... I can't leave it with 0 stars because this review won't post so 1 for just arriving when there was a parking available !!!!!! LAZY LADY worker!!!!!!! Terrible

I called 27 times in regards to my redelivery that hasn't been sent out since June 30th. Where is my package? On top of that, they couldn't answer their lines to give information to their customers about their packages. I had a call ONCE from them, and that was it.

5 packages delivered to the wrong house in the past few months and over 10 in the past year! Complained 3 times already but they don't do anything. One time they even said that it was delivered by the mailman but it wasn't. We even have cameras to show that it wasn't delivered! Only got 2 packages back and lost over $100 in items lost. 9361289713020127898233Carrier put item in wrong mail box even though the mailbox is numbered twice on mailbox. Hunted through my Aunt's mailbox and there it was after saying it was delivered in mailbox. My mailbox is securely locked and items would not fit in the mail slot. Apparently you should teach your carriers to read! very disheartening and unacceptable.

Mailing an Easter gift to the mainland from Honolulu, Hawaii...I found an appropriate gift for my God daughter in Virginia and needed to mail it. Several post offices in the downtown area were closed on a Saturday and some don't have free parking.I remembered the Kahala location of the US Postal Service and drove there. There were several empty stalls and a short line of customers inside. I tried the self-service kiosk, but my package was an unusual shape. I stood in line for a few minutes and in no time, I was done! I think my gift will arrive in time for Easter!Thank goodness for the Kahala Post Office and its efficient, competent staff! I appreciate the air conditioning, free Flat Rate Boxes, and clean environment! I'll be back!

When people would use the term gone postal, never thought it applied to post offices in Hawaii. But today, after visiting the Post Office in Kahala, things have changed. The staff who helped me today was efficient but like a robot. No aloha, no personality. Sad state of affairs.

Usually doesn't have a long line, ample parking, drive thru is super convenient, right next to Kahala Mall!
