USPS SELF SERVICE KIOSK. This kiosk is located within the Kapahulu Safeway next to Guest Services. Enter from the Makai entrance and it will be on your right. Unfortunately, there's only one kiosk. Good news is that it was in working order when I visited. It's fairly simple to use for flat rate boxes. Take note that this is card payment only, no cash. Once done, there's two drop boxes to deposit your mail/parcels in. I recommend you get shipping boxes from the actual Post Office because chances of finding them here are slim. Especially in the holiday season! And bring your own tape if you must seal your boxes here. However, it would be wise and greatly appreciated to have your packages ready before arriving. That'll save you time as well as everyone else. And please give the person using the kiosk space! It's nerve wrecking having someone breathing down my neck when I'm inputting my address...

As of 12/17/2019, this pist office's kiosk at this location had an out-of-order sign attached. I drove through grid lock traffic affecting the Ala Moana area and King St eastbound only to find this--aargh...

Never any flat rate boxes here as they are always cleaned out as soon as they restock it. This place is a joke. No tape, no pens. Go to moiiliili PO and save yourself the trouble

Don't even bother. The terminal has been broken for weeks so you can't buy postage. There are nearly no supplies left. Looks like USPS has abandoned this one.

Awful. This is a kiosk within Safeway. Sounds nice, if it was functional. No packaging, only few envelopes, and most importantly NO WORKING TERMINAL. Pretty much a ghost station. 100% useless.

Did you folks know there was a US Postal Office Kiosk in the Safeway Kapahulu Store? Yes gang! This US Postal Office is opened 24/7, seven days a week! The whole key to using this place is so long as you're comfortable using the kiosk, because there is no one here, (as far as a person) to help you. I like to come here to ship out my boxes, as this location generally is not too busy. The kiosk allows you to weigh and ship your items. You can also buy stamps if needed too! The only thing about this place is, sometimes when it is busy (like now, during the Christmas holidays) the mailbox drop gets full, and when it gets full, you can no longer drop anything into the drop box, as it "locks out". I came here late in the morning to drop off a box (as I printed my shipping label on-line), as I got to this location to dump my box into the drop box, I found both drop boxes were full so I could not ship out my box. Insert sad panda! :( I saw the pick up time of 2 PM here, so I came back later in the afternoon around 3:45 PM, thinking the postal clerk would have pickup all the packages, therefore I could drop my box into the drop box............and guess what? Both drop boxes were still locked, and I was still unable to drop my box in the chute. Hey??? What gives???? So I ended up having to go to another US Postal Office to drop off my box, and having to brave the big crowds of shipping today.........
