Very helpful pointing us to find less expensive way to ship package along with lending us a pen to address. Has self-service kiosk if you just want to pay and drop.

A just perfect post office: The employee was kind, helpful, efficient. No waiting time. The 24 hrs accessible lobby has a printing machine for stamps. Parking is free for P.O. customers only.

Rented a PO box at this location for two years. Had a Christmas check stolen as well as cans of Spam in a care package disappear with zero support other than "well at least you had insurance.". Shady AF parcel handlers and customer support.

I realize the post office isn't the most glamorous place to work for. They'll hire anyone and once you're in, it's impossible to get fired. But this dude "Ikaika" needs to find a new career. What a complete jacka55 of a person. Belittled every single person in line in front of me; just flat-out rude to everyone for no reason. I greeted him with a smile and asked for a post card stamp; he set my change on the edge of the counter near him. While I was reaching for it he said, "hurry up, I have other customers waiting." Really dude? Lighten-up. Go work somewhere else.

Great service. The postal employees were great. Real positive attitude even though some of the patrons did not.k

I have been trying to get someone on the phone without success. The post office call line sucks big time. No one answers or pick up the phone. The post office should consider making it easier to contact them.

I needed a package delivered to my fourth floor apartment but instead of bringing it up to the apartment, they left a note in my mailbox saying I wasn’t there. So I rescheduled a delivery and left a note in my mailbox telling them where to go to deliver the package, and they put a note on top of my note saying that they didn’t want to deliver it. Thanks for nothing. UPS managed to make it into the elevator so it can’t be that difficult.

Literally the worst post office and staff I have experienced anywhere. They routinely refuse to deliver packages when signature is required. They'd rather leave a notice in your box saying you weren't home than get out of their truck to actually see if you are there. Am I supposed to stand outside all day by my mailbox hoping they see me to get something delivered? Happens again. And again. And again. Thanks USPS.

The guy named Ikaika is so rude all the time and there’s so many bad reviews about this guy on here too and I don’t understand why his boss doesn’t do anything about him. This post office never re-deliver the packages either even if you keep requesting for re-definitely service! They just keep the packages for like 5 days or a week until you go pick it up by yourself! Worst post office ever.

No one ever answers the phone. My husband has been trying to get the post office to use our forwarding address for a package. One employee called saying there was an issue with it and to call them back but that does no good if no one ever answers.

This is the worst post office. I've been living at the same address in Waikiki for more than 10 years. All of a sudden a usps carrier decides to STEAL MY PACKAGE. Now I'm out $400 and hours of my time trying to get ahold of someone who can help me. I planned on going to a wedding in March. I ordered a dress online to wear to the wedding in late January. Everything was great. I was notified that my package was shipped and en route. On Feb 10, I was then notified that my package was delivered while I was at work. I excitedly drove home in anticipation of trying in my new dress. I searched everywhere. In the mail area of my apartment, near the parcel locker in the garage, by my door. Nothing. I immediately thought the worst and submitted a missing package service request form online through usps.com. Days go by and I hear nothing. I try calling and leave a few messages. Finally, some idiot named Ann calls me back and leaves a message saying my package was returned to sender and she closes the service request. I had specifically requested that I be contacted through email because I cannot answer my phone at work. I call back. Maybe 20 times. No one answers. I leave voicemails. No one returns my call. I open more service requests and they automatically get marked as "resolved".I take off work early one day to go into the post office to talk to someone. They say they'll give me a call. They don't. I call some more. Nothing. The customer service procedures are terrible... if you call the call center, you'll spend at least 20 minutes going through all the voice automated options and info about getting free Covid tests. On top of that, the call center people can't actually do anything. WhT is the point of a customer service call center if they don't provide customer service....At this point it's a week before the wedding and I can see through the tracking number that my package is on the slow boat back to the mainland. The wedding comes and goes. I'm out $400. USPS won't give me any answers. Ann the idiot finally calls me and I answer. She asks for Karen. I almost flipped a s*** at that moment but I waited until she asked me "what do you want me to do?" DO YOUR F****** JOB AND DELIVER MY PACKAGE. It has been a week since I've talked to Ann. Still nothing. I've tried to file a postal inspection case because at this point I have determined that USPS has stolen my package.

Since the post office lowered scores to pass their test it seems the newer workers can't correspond the #'s to correct addresses. The manager on shift today had a hard time understanding that simple fact when I tried to call and fix it. It should be easy right? Look at the #'s and match them up to the correct building. They should put the shape sorter box in the new test.

Hot building and subpar customer service. Only one person working the line while the other employees talk trash about customer ignorance about mailing processes. Attendant skipped steps and has to asked for you to verify the shipping address. Additionally the lobby doesn’t contain the appropriate documents and when you get to the counter they want you to step aside so they can service other customers…

I've come here several times over the last year. The service is good with the exception of Ikaika. He's consistently made it a point to show me I'm not welcome, and to him I'm a second class citizen to him. Refuses to look me in the eye when he talks to me. He's smiling singing and cordial with other customers and cold with me. Insists on taking his time when I'm in line and rushes me out the door. I know I can't be the only person receiving this treatment. That guy is terrible.
