every time i go the folks there are always kind , with a smile and a greeting. sometimes the dad is doing his thing and takes time to chat and talk story - my girl and i always look forward to grabbing a new vape or other such products from the shop with the best prices, and most customer service oriented , and biggest selection of all the smoke stuff you need. do yourself a favor and check out bape hawai’i. Da bestest from all the restest. aloha

I was just there for the 1st time. Felt quite comfortable, greeted by a very polite man. I felt like a kid in a candy store, then I turned and 🙆 there in a glass case a dragon 🐉! Pure glass 🐲! I said out loud " do you think, he'll let me touch it "? Husband " oh sure,👍 You do have your American Express on you right"? What a piece 🐉. I like the place, having a Cheech and Chong moment while I was there and its nice to know that I can come alone. I would of given a 5 🌟, But! Thats when I get to hold it 🐉later 🙋.

What makes a great business is customer service. Having a great selection of products is also important. Vape Hawaii has you covered on both. A couple of days ago I went in to see if they had replacement coils for my device. The sales team suggested some and I made the purchase, unfortunately it wasn't the right thing. Initially, I was frustrated and then I decided it was a great opportunity to buy another device (you can never have too many, lol). I went back the next day and they didn't have in stock an item I wanted that fit the coils I purchased. What happened next is what really impressed me. The older gentleman, I'm assuming was the owner, offered to return the item, even though I had opened one of the coils. He asked what I paid, which was $23, then offered to return it for $20. I thought that was a great deal. By making that offer he won me over for the long run. Vape Hawaii is a must check out, IMHO. There are some great vape shops in town and Vape Hawaii is definitely one of them.

Everything you could need. Great selection. This is the shop to see if your in the area. Other shops have nothing in compairison. Going to another shop is just a waste of time

I have been coming here for a decade. I bought my first mechanical mod here. After change of ownership, Vape Hawaii has gotten even better. More selection, knowledgable, and very friendly ownership. I highly recommend Vape Hawaii if you are in need!

I go here for papers and whenever my glass ends up breaking. I bought 2 vapes and one of them was auto firing. I took it back and was interrogated like a serial killer. What really makes me leave this review, is the boy who I am assuming is part of their family asks me "since u worked vape shop before, if a customer comes in like this what do you do?" And I explained no questions asked, we exchange or if they really are unhappy we would refund them. He begins to tell me how it's a COMPANY MANUFACTURER DEFECT. understandable, but your selling their product so you should go about sending all the defect products back. I opened a brand new one in front of them, and they were trying to tell me it's "still good". The lady told me I could take the one I was trying to exchange + the 1 I opened in front of her (also auto firing). I told her hell no. Prob never coming back... props to the uncle tho, he's the only reason I been coming back here n there. Sad how over 1 vape you lost a customer who been comin around since like 2015ish hahahah

The vapes here are way more expensive than any of vape store on island. Buy almost $8. I walked in, because my husband has been looking for a certain flavor and they are the only place that have it. I tried and after I paid for it and it tasted burnt a little. I let her know and she told me she would just refund me instead of giving me a new one instead. This is the first place in 10 years and 6 states that I have ever been told that. Then they took the burnt vape away and told me basically to get out. They're awful and treated me like crap! Hawai'i cheapest or volcano vape are much better not only in price, but the service.

I purchased a $30 item made of glass. I got home and took it out of the bag. When I set it down on the table, it broke into 2 pieces. It was the cleanest break ever, so it obviously wasn't broken by me dropping it or mishandling it. I immediately called the store and told them what happened and he refused to help me in any way. He wouldn't even offer for me to bring it back so he could see and MAYBE offer to exchange it once he saw it was DEFINITELY a defective item and not my fault. He didn't even act like he cared that I just paid him $30 for nothing. It was very disappointing.
