This short facial hair white guy , speaking slow like he just did pot during his break., clearly didn't want to help. I needed help with my Verizon notifications, and I gave an example that one of my apps changed sound and he proceeded to cut me off saying "like uhh we don't like uh help with apps, we charge $30, but if with verrizon.." I kept saying it's my sound ... And he continued with his surfer dude monotone "don't give a f" attitude.. Worse Verizon ever. Who do all hire? Punks?

Great attentive helpful employees! They helped me right away when I was having issues switching carriers. Glad to be with Verizon again!

How do I contact this location? I was sold the wrong phone. The number brings you to a generic customer service line for Verizon. They cannot transfer the call to the location. I feel I was completely hustled for this new phone. I was told my new phone had the same storage as the one I was replacing come to find out it has less than a third??? And can’t contact anyone??? How do we speak with someone at the store.

Great experience here Deslynn really knocked it out of the park with customer service we travel all over the US 280days a yr and she made me feel like I was at home this is a stepping stone for her she will go far in anything she puts her mind 2 thanks Deslynn

I have mixed feelings about this place. It depends on who your sales person is. The service has always been prompt. Just be sure you ask questions in detail, and take note of the details bc one can easily be misled, and they definitely try to upsell by adding on offers for all kinds of extras here and there. I put 3 lines on my account and got 1 free I phone, and bought on iPhone 15 in full... the misc extras like Walmart, Netflix etc was not appealing. The fact that they offer all of those perks for "small" amounts was not my favorite thing. It comes across as salesman like. Clearly, they make commission, and that's not the best feeling to have when purchasing. Overall though, I've been satisfied and my needs have been met. Verizon may cost a little more but the cel service and over-the-phone customer service is great.

People beware of this location. The representatives are incompetent and dishonest especially a female representative named (Gianna). I'm sure this rep can't walk and chew gum without help. My wife and I went into this location with the intentions to purchase a new iPhone and possibly add an unlimited text and data plan on my phone. We went into this location at about 12:30 in the afternoon and were there with this one rep mentioned above until the store closed at 7 pm. The experience was so terrible that we asked to cancel the phone order and the other services we had initially wanted. Gianna told us that she couldn't cancel the order which was a lie. And to make matters worse she removed my sim card to switch me over to a unlimited plan and then had a brain fart and couldn't transfer the plan. I asked two of her male counterparts to assist me because it was obvious she didn't know what she was doing...but all they could offer me were some lame excuses for her inability to do her job (which makes me wonder what are the requirements to be hired for this company...maybe just being able to answer a phone qualifies any candidate). Long story short...after losing my cool in the store...I had to leave the store at closing with a phone that worked before I got there to now having a phone without any service...I couldn't make calls or receive calls for over 24hrs. These agents are nothing more than common crooks and idiots...and the management is no better. My wife and I are still trying to get our services re-established because of these people. Seriously...do yourself a huge favor and stay clear of this location. Every Verizon commercial I see on tv makes me shake my head in disbelief because it's nothing but a smokescreen for all the egregious things they do in front of your face as well as behind your back...horrible location with horrible agents! They don't deserve one star. I will make a diligent effort to contact the Consumer Protection Agency regarding this location for sure.

Visited the store to make a payment. Worse customer service. Greeters at the door looked at me and said nothing until I asked about making a payment. On the way out another employee walking around store with attitude eyeing up the customers. I hope will never have to visit that store again.

Not sure why, but they always act irritated by customers here.They definitely don't like helping customers who just have questions about VERIZON phones or plans.TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

the manager adam is terrible, i went in with a working phone and left unable to make calls or text. i was on the store phone with verizon tech support who said to give me new sim and he refused. im switching to tmobile now
