If you need an upgrade on your mobile phone, and Verizon is your choice. Then you need to visit Golden at Victra Verizon store in Kamehameha shopping center. That right Golden is her name! Her service was exactly that "Golden"!!! She was patient, knowledgeable, informative, attentive to your needs. Was just absolutely awesome to work with. Go check her out, remember her name is Golden!

I went to the Verizon store with a question about iMessage on my phone. Rin fixed my problem right away. Then I discovered that I could get a new phone at a great price. I had been hoping to get a new phone soon anyway. Rin helped me choose one that would suit my needs, got me set up, and even stayed a little late to get the job done. I’m happy with my new phone and with the great service I received!

I was walking in there with the mindset that I would be leaving un happy but it didn't happen that way. I drove from the Westside and I return home with everything I need and that drive was worth it. Thank you so much. I already let my friends and family know where to go when they needed help with their phone. Because what I have experience was needed to shared and I want my family and friends to be able to experience the same. I will not say name because both of them were very good and they deserve ? ?. Thank you boys!

Lauren was super helpful, patient and knowledgeable. She helped my mom and I get new phones (we were there when there was a deal so we also got some watches and I got an iPad.) She was very helpful through the whole process and we were there for a couple hours. My mom isn’t that text savvy and she was very patient, helping her learn the pros and cons of different models of phones.

About a week and a half ago my iPhone 13 got stuck in a reboot loop and since that time I have had no access to calls, work, banking or anything else I use in my daily life, it also disconnected from my watch, and my services suffered from that. This is the third Verizon store in the area I have gone to and Bryson is the only one who knew how to help me. The first ones tried to either send me to Best Buy for tech help or get me to buy a new phone. I have also been sent to an Asurion store and had to go through Apple support and an Apple store, which also were no help (and refused to honor their own service request) except to tell me to go talk to Verizon. I’m very glad that I chose the store because there was finally someone who recognized and knew how to solve the problem. I was able to transfer all my information and Bryson even help me with the iCloud download which took over two hours. I was so thankful I even bought the accessory bundle. The only thing I can recommend is at the store gets better connection service as that’s part of the reason iCloud took so long. Bryson went above and beyond customer service, and I truly believe he deserves a raise and I will be recommending everyone I know to go to that store in particular and I will be going back for any phone related needs I have.

Told me I had to purchase insurance for 18 dollars a month on my new laptop . That it was mandatory bc I was buying at a corporate store WHICH WAS NOT TRUE .
