Unprofessional, slow to respond, and lazy. Be ready to have to chase them down for anything you need. Clearly their own company is not their priority. I would not lease from them nor have them lease my property.

Basic slum lords. I rented a cheap property from them that had been vacant and unmaintained for 4 years. Nobody wanted this place. When I moved in it was completely filthy inside, bottles and broken class and rubbish were under the house, half of the back yard had 4 year old trees and cane grass growing in it, and the other half of the back yard had all kinds of rubbish tossed in it. It was basically the neighborhood dump. Fine, it was cheap rent. When I moved out the property was well above the condition I got it in, but they kept my deposit anyway and used it to make it even nicer. A complete trash operation overall.

I've worked for a property management company before so understand the challenges that come with the job.My experience with Waikiki Realty has been nothing but pleasant. They are honest and have always responded to my calls and emails in a timely manner.I was renting from them during COVID and in a nutshell, was having a bad experience with a neighbor. They were empathetic and did everything in their power to make sure I was safe, and I can't thank them enough for that. It's one thing to collect rent and schedule repairs, but it's another when a company chooses to go above and beyond to ensure your safety and peace of mind. In my experience, that's what makes the staff at Waikiki Realty stand out. Thank you Gwen and team for your outstanding services and keep up the great work!

Wish I could give -100 stars. Worst worst worst service ever. Gwen doesn't know anything about leasing and drags her feet to get anything done. Not a single ounce of urgency. Takes days and days to return your text or calls. Wants you to email her instead cause its more convenient for her. Then when you do email her, it takes so much time to respond. We saw a house they had rented online. We saw it. We applied. They wanted 2 years business tax returns after the fact. I was willing to send them cashed draw checks, profit and loss and 3 months bank statements. Keep in mind the income is 300 times what the rent is not to mention my personal income. This is insane. Acting like we are buying the place not renting it. Keep in mind the rent is $4000 a month. LOL. After this we went back and forth, and Gwen said we have to ask someone else at another agency if we can accept this proof of income! What? You have to ask someone else? Its what anyone or any other normal agency would use. Keep also in mind they sent papers of our service dog to their "attorney" for review. Like we would make those up? Insane. We even asked to see the house a second time before applying and she said "for what reason" . Your joking me right. No wonder why the house has been listed still for over a month. Nobody wants to deal with them. Hence their horrible reviews.....The office they work out of is in a abandoned building and the parking is in the back and you would never even know it's there..... Super bad.. The worst experience. I hope to god the homeowner reads this review. GET RID OF THE PEOPLE you have for your house. Simple. Gwen was horrible with her follow up and shall I send you 3-4 days of calls and text with no response?? Maybe that will help clarify your delusional mindset that she handled anything right. But not to mention the app fee and wasting my fiancé time to go to the office because you guys don’t accept. ZelleVenmo or any other form of payment. Get with the times it’s 2022. Get a website with the ability to pay online. You Failed to mention the building you work out of is hidden ans made my fiancé wait outside with no clue as to where the place is for app fee drop off. Hence we have a 2 month old baby. Real professional. Why am I wasting my time writing more about the horrible service. Just read the other 9 reviews on here. All bad. Lol. Ya keep trying to tell yourselves that you have a great business. Sure.

*****UPDATE TO THE AGENCY RESPONSE******. great reply. Absolutely untrue. In every way. I'm sorry, no I am not going to give you 2 years of tax returns. It's not needed!! Period. Simple. Gwen was horrible with her follow up and shall I send you 3-4 days of calls and text with no response?? Maybe that will help clarify your delusional mindset that she handled anything right. But not to mention the app fee and wasting my fiancé time to go to the office because you guys don't accept. ZelleVenmo or any other form of payment. Get with the times it's 2022. They have been managing my condo rental for about two years, and everything has been so smooth. They were able to quickly get a really good, long-term tenant. They take care of everything, and I always receive my rental check on time every month. I'm so lucky to have found them!
